They don't specifically say if it's just the same city from Mirror's Edge 1 or if this future metropolis is a different one or what. Even so, i would never guess that the below screenshot exists in the same universe as the above. If they didn't have the logo.
Catalyst looks like a city from mass effect or some shit, the only thing that even gives a hint is the orange motifs.
