They make me do all this shit at Target by myself or with just one other guy for the electronics section. Which is a pretty large section. Most sections have like 3-5 people just pushing items.
I have to pull items from our backstock, put sometimes a shitload of stuff where they are supposed to go, take shit from the truck on flats, and then rebackstock items. They want all this done in under 4 hours.
So basically you have to have a very efficient, organized mind, as well as keep a fast walking pace up. And when I am by myself there is just no way to stay ahead of it all, like I have keep track of the stuff from the truck before it overflows. So I have to stop doing shit to go and get that stuff.
I feel like I am on a gameshow or something, like an audience is watching me and I have a timer to do all this crazy shit.
I am told I just have to spend at least a year working that section by myself before I am ever fast enough to stay ahead, but I mean I just feel I am not getting payed enough for the workload they give me especially in the early hours.
I come home and I just pass out everytime. Maybe I am just a bitch though.
