Masturbation has been proven to have many benefits including increased sperm potency. It's also a stress reliever and can prevent various types of cancer. While it doesn't say "no masturbation", it says "no porn." If you're not masturbating to porn, you're still mentally imaging something that turns you on, and in that case it's just the same as porn. Instead you'll look back and think of previous porn you watched that you found great. You can't erase your memory.
