if I were to have a handful of pot seeds, how likely is it that if I planted them outside they would germinate and stuff? it's quite cold at the moment and I'm not really expecting anything but I have a mild hope that something beautiful will happen

Im thinkin of buyin some weed for the first time from a friend who i smoked with before, an im low on money so im tryin to buy some good shit but conserve it a while ya kno?
