GHB's dose/response curve is similar to that of alcohol : At higher doses, users fall unconscious and are temporarily unable to be awakened (coma). It may also dangerously depress breathing. Avoid Mixing With Alcohol.
Got that from the erowid link Mac posted, so no, don't mix it with alcohol, or if it were me I'd avoid doing it all based on its addictive properties
absinthe is just alchohol... one shot isn't going to get anyone drunk unless they have a really light tolerance...
But absinthe is legal in belgium, why would it not be labeled, and I'm sure he could taste the strong alcohol if it was

I wasn't saying it was absinthe I was just saying that its pretty strong :v:
Absinthe is legal here too, it makes no sense that its illegal in places.

how much do you weigh? jesusfuck
So I may have a Peptic Ulcer, now weed would only help me along with that right, not counter produce?
weed helps with most everything
weed helps with most everything
Yea I know, but I'm a nervous wreck right now haha
yeah weed can help with most things, but I find that it can make me more anxious if I notice effects of something
I've started keeping a list of things i've nearly self diagnosed while high...
Aspergers, Autism, Prostate cancer(yeah, in retrospect this was probably the silliest), Kidney infection, leukemia... pretty sure there's at least one i'm missing here but yeah, it's important to remember that you can worry yourself over nothing when you're high

Yea but I'm pretty sure with this because it says that one of the main causes is NSAIDs, like Ibiprofin(w/e) and I take those rather frequently, since I get headaches on occasion. and the symptoms have been around for awhile now, it was just never a deal as it is now, but yea, I'm still debating whether to smoke and hit the sac, or just hit the sac...
When people take weed for true medical reasons, what actually goes on inside their body?
Like, can it physically help you out? Or is it just down to the neurons and deadening your perception of pain.
Sorry I'm high, not explaining that correctly.

It slows down cancer, it gives people appetite which people often don't have while undergoing chemo etc and it relieves a lot of pain.

See, the first and last part there.
How can it do that? It's just something you smoke and inhale.

stop
because of chemicals and chemistry man, all the reasons are out there you just need to have some knowledge of biology and chemistry to understand it man. Its not as ridiculously mysterious as you are making it out to be.
k thanks
there are chemicals called neuro transmitters in our brain.
this is the most basic way i can put this
the chemicals in the weed are absorbed in the little air sacs in our lungs into our blood stream into our body but most importantly our brain.
it activates certain neuro transmitters to be released by a bunch of complicated shit im not getting into.
dopamine, serotonin and endorphins are normally the ones released in the end when you get high. im probably not factoring in other things as well but it's basic and it's as good as i can get it
dopamine is the one we all like the most
see really with drugs it's not really the drug itself that causes the end result and sensations and shit, it's everyday chemicals in our brain.

Active chemicals that interact with cells in your body
it's not magic

actually it's a bit of both.. weed's profound psychoactive effects come from the fact that the cannabinoids bond with your cannabinoid receptors and block transmission of gabba in your brain
i think
^there are receptors in your brain for cannabinoids and shit, but still the end result is the same.
what drugs do is trigger reactions in our body. think of drugs more as a catalyst than the fuel.
