Now don't shake the can and hold it upright. Fix a balloon to the can and push the valve. Allow the balloon fill with nitrous oxide until the can runs empty. Now toss the can, it's useless. Take a deep breath from the gas inside the balloon followed by a short breath of air after it. Exhale after a little while (you can exhale back into the balloon if you don't want to be wasteful I think) and repeat. I wouldn't recommend using a whip cream can though, it is expensive compared to just small bottles of compressed nitrous oxide. Maybe for your first time. Also, I think I read somewhere on Erowid that there are more small particulates that aren't good for your lungs associated with using whip cream cans than there are with the canisters. What I do is just wait until the whip cream can in the fridge runs out. The propellant lasts longer than the cream in our cans so when they run out I suck out the last of the propellant.

My friend and I want to "trip" on ambien tomorrow night, how much would we need? hes around 6 foot 150 lbs and i got around 100 lbs on him. Also, friday we plan on doing shrooms. Is it bad to do stuff like this two nights in a row?

start off on 10mg for the ambien as a starter dose just to see how much it affects you. Or if you dont have much maybe start on 15mg. Or if you are feeling adventerous try 20mg.

Well we are taking them on different days, with a 24 hour break. Not like it matters, I dont have enough ambien and have no clue where to get more

It should be fine with a 24 hour gap, they work in completely different ways.

Shit,i was pretty damn high yesterday, with 2 friend both drunk, on my mother car, drive past the cops, they suddenly stopped, probably to turn back to arrest me, i didnt take a chance and flew away the fastest i could, and hide in the forest. It was pretty intense.

I've never had a third of an eighth of shrooms, though, so maybe it wouldn't be a waste. Could be great fun if you're with a couple good friends, but personally I'd prefer eating a full 8th (or more) :-\
