Can this even qualify as a spelling error? How can someone actively confuse two letters in a word that are spaced apart by a completely other letter? How can someone even manage to make this mistake in the first place?

If I were to type the word 'name' a million times without the assistance of copypasting, I can guarantee you that not once will I have made this error, and neither should anyone else. You would have to actively confuse the m and n keys in order to mess this up, and even beginners are looking at the keyboard anyways, so how would they not get that right? And even if you're a beginner and you aren't looking at the keyboard, you would have to try really damn hard to confuse the two keys, let alone type them in the incorrect order.

The fact that this is used as an example boggles my mind.

I once went to this computer - how to - course to see what they are teaching to people. The course was very expensive and they taught next to nothing to these people. Barely the basics of Microsoft Word.

Seeing that you live in the US, I assume the postcode isn't working for you. The UK's postal code system is rather different from the US's, and because this site is based in the UK, you will need to use the UK's postcodes.
