Saying hi and then not saying else is kind of awkward so don't do that. Do you know any of her interests? If so bring one of those up. She is in to you so basically anything you say will be fine. Just don't overthink things because that is when your self confidence will come in.

I never tried to make it look like I got boobs, so I'm not sure.
There are things you can buy that are like fake boobs you can wear. With some make up they could look somewhat real I'd assume
