yeah again this is something i can empathize with a lot obviously
to me tho it's a matter of like
realizing we're at a point in time where people are still learning about a lot of this stuff and there's still tons of misconceptions and stuff because it's only been 20-30 years that any of this has really been accepted at all in culture
and by trying our best to keep a level head about stuff we can maybe even make the world a better place for LGBT+ people in the future

I don't think this is a good conversation for WAYT to have, considering the circumstances. If someone wants to be called "xir", call them xir. It doesn't matter if you believe in it or not - I don't and I still do that just to avoid being rude. Let people be what they want to be.
