You know what two VERY EASY things would make ME3 better? Not fixed, but better. Get rid of the shitty nightmare sequences and make the [Sp]ghost kid into an amorphous ball of light. I'd rather have some bullshit like that than a ghost kid.[/sp] No major rewriting and it wont FIX the game, there'd still be issues, but at least a 5% improvement in quality.

I really really want to build a retro PC to tinker around with. Preferably one with a Pentium, as that will handle any game made up until 2000 and also has an on-chip floating point unit. I'll hit up the flea market tomorrow to see if I have any luck there (I won't). If not, I'll read some guides and start my quest on eBay.
