In America right now there are thousands of Alien families living in secret disguised as humans, when invader Zim came on the air people started to wonder if there really were aliens. One such alien was found but the men in black quickly shut down the news broadcast about it and everyone involved was bought off and shut up. Invader Zim wont be coming back until first contact with the Galactic Federation of Light is made.

Actually it was canceled because it was found to be "politically incorrect" towards Mexican immigrants. The government wants to make the illegals feel good about being shit so they had to cancel the show instead of sending them back to their own fucking country.

If Christians were the real reason the show was canceled, I can say that I'm pretty disappointed.
The reason I heard was that in the episode in which Zim is afraid of germs and he runs into the restaurant for the "Space Meat". He apparently shouts; "Give me your meat!" And the cashier smirks and you hear a zipper go down.

OK guys, this is not about religion. It's about Zim. It cost Jhonen $1 Mil out-of-pocket per episode. Also, someday, Jhonen MIGHT revive it. I noticed it was - Invader Z[B][U]IM[/U][/B] (C) Viacom Inc. - Notice that it's ZIM and not Zim. He may copyright it to himself as Invader Zim. However, he and some of the crew stated they would not continue it. There was a TV-Movie planned.

For a long time Toonami was an after-school block. It aired from around 3 to 5 every weekday and played action shows like Big O, Tenchi Muyo, Johnny Quest, ReBoot, Outlaw Star and of course DBZ.
