But he does have a point. The outside world isn't safe anymore. Once you get there, I'm sure you'll understand, survival of the fittest they say in the outside world.

You are in a post apocalyptic world filled with mutated creatures, this "Sam" person or robot or whatever has taken random people in for shelter. Little did he/she/it know that humanity can go insane. I think I just figured out the story.
Reminds me of Silent Hill. Don't know why.
I highly based it off Silent Hill.
