ahh..... he's still coughing up blood :D and I'd still try to see if I could find that creature :D My sugestion is.... to get up wipe off the blood and see if you can find anything else supernatural :D also, I took out the pictures that ddin't seem relevent to what I was saying. at least I didn't include the others :D still sorry for keeping them in img tags, I could have made them links. I had to go and did it really quick.

Search her than move on, so far the only clue you have right now is the key tucked in the bandages. if you don't want to search for that try to get to the top floor of the building, if you want to find sam your best guess is a place with a view. ( you never know sam may like to look at the outside world but keep others from it.

Take the ring on sara and the ring you currently have and take the pictures and other papers, roll them up and put them through the rings and then take the necklace.
