Go down the hallway and check left and right, then if there is nothing there slowly proceed to the right. As they say right is right!
You were supposed to see if anyone was hiding from you when you went to floor 49 that way you know if anyone was there because of footsteps.
Go to the ground level, maybe there is a way out!
go back upstairs into the creepy room. Maybe you can find Sam and figure out why he is doing this and who he is. if not then maybe there is something useful
