Weed, it makes the low times seem completely irrelevant. On a bad day, I can sit on my porch, hit some bowls, and listen to the wind. It makes it easy to be honest with myself about the things I do subconsciously. It makes it easier to improve on my outlook and personality.
I've literally been so high on my porch that I had a conversation with the wind. If I remember correctly, it went like this:
Me: Hey wind, can you slow down for a sec, I'm trying to pack a bowl.
Wind: Oh, sorry bud, I'll wait for ya.
Me: Thanks. You're really not so bad.
Wind: No problem.
Me: Want some of this?

I can feel completely content, doing the simplest things.
