You'd think that if you were creating a Warrior Cats name of a character, the name would be something that conveys the quality of the character at least a little bit - rain has nothing to do with RD's personality nor character. You'd want to include some other personality traits in that name, like loyalty, speed, ambition, etc.
But that's overthinking it a little bit.
