History: Mother was a Humboldt penguin from the Ueno zoo, Tokyo, but her father was an American peregrine falcon who decided to take her and and start a new life in the states when she was still an egg. They lived a humbled life atop a large building for the first several years of her life, until a news crew found them and accused her father of kidnapping one of the penguins from the zoo and trying to eat it. Not understanding that the humans thought this, he attempted to save her but he was severely injured and thrown off to the traffic below. Finding it difficult to trust humans, she found a pencil and notepad and began to draw a diary. She went from zoo to zoo trying to find a new home but was rejected each time because of her dual heritage. Unwanted, Kagaku was about to throw herself off a bridge with a weight attached to her foot when Kowalski saw and tried to stop her. He convinced her that there was so much more to live for and that she wouldn't get another chance if she ended it. He led her to the penguin HQ and that's were she's been ever since.
Interests: Art, swimming and science, even more so since meeting Kowalski. Is a total otaku for anything from Japan.
Friends: Good friends with Private and Marlene and Maurice. VERY interested in Kowalski.
Anything else?: Yes, wears a mood ring around her foot. Blue is Sadness, Red is Anger, Green is jealous, Black is happiness and Pink is pleasure. For some reason, it is a rainbow when she draws, and white when she is around Kowalski, or doing science.
