~30 pounds of muscle in 3 months just sounds way over the top, people work out several years to get that much, just hard to believe someone can do that in 3 months without being on some heavy ass gear.
Alternatively, DarioZ routine.
Started at 170lbs ended at 200lbs. I had already train for a couple years before. My bulk was easy. Eating 3500 calo a day ended at 4300 calo. You cannot go wrong if you eat.
How did you get your bodyfat measured? Most of that 30 pounds has to be fat unless your daily intake of calories has some crazy gear mixed in.

My BF was measured by my personal trainer. Took 12 places on my body. I was taking multi vitamins, fish oils. If you do some cardio in your week. You'll not store fat in your system. I trained 5 days a week, 2 hour per day doing powerlifting training. I can tell you there's no room for fat in your body

Let me do some number crunching.
A.3400-4300 calories errday
B. 2 hours of lifting/cardio 5 days a week
C. 30lbs of muscle
D. 3 months
E. 10lbs muscle/month
F. Calling BS
It's not about personal experience or simple stuff like doing cardio though, 30 pounds of muscle in 3 months is just outright impossible and I'm even debating if it's possible on heavy steroid usage, even a genetic freak couldn't get that kind of results.
Either you're lying or your personal trainer sucks at measuring your BF (I assume he's using a caliper which is quite frankly, not extremely accurate) or you're a walking steroid factory.

Gaining 30 pounds of muscle is like 3 years worth of hard work at minimum, just really skeptical on the whole 3 month thing.

Everything is possible and anyone is different. Eating carbs can't be bad for you, but for me it can be benefic as fuck.
200 pounds, really. I look bigger than you and I'm 170 right now. I call bullshit on the whole thing.

Good for you if you look bigger. I'm training for powerlifting. I'm not training to try to compete with who's bigger than me. Good luck on your training.
Everything is possible. I put 30lbs of mass in 3 month and half with a good diet and proper training exercices. I'm taking proteins and PWO. Not more.
IF YOU WANT TO BE BIG : EAT AND TRAIN.
Oh and my Deadlift was up by 90lbs in 6 weeks. No need roids to develop power.
Fellow powerlifter eh?
You realise when us powerlifters go up 30lbs its fat.
it's 10% muscle rest fat.
My friend went from 70kg in to 120kg in the span of a year and half.
Guess what 35 of those were pure fat.
