It sounds great. The music really sets the tone.
My schedule is pretty tight, but I'd love to write for it if you're looking for collaboration.
I'm definitely looking for a writer. PM me if you'd like to join in.
Am I getting funnies on the image above because it's still bad or because he's fucking ripped

you're funny because you fucking said the 'f' word.

And what about this edit?
The edit is much better. The first one's composition would be stronger if the focal point was moved to the left a bit, to around the 2/3 mark.
Another mood study, this time in low light and wet conditions. Basically the opposite of what I did before

Also, grass is hard...So is low light.

On a serious note, the lineart still looks a lot lower in quality compared to the silhouette.
- Anatomy looks off
- Lines do not depict motion
- Lines have no sense of depth
- The nice style of the silhouette is lost
So my ~5 year old CTH-460/Bamboo Pen & Touch is on it's way out. ;_;
I'm looking at the PTH-451/small Intuos Pro Pen & Touch. Does that seem like a good long-term investment?
Edit: Rolling with it!

Idea thumbnail for a painting I want to do in the future - a Pirate Wizard.

Cheers! The lines are all super rough atm (although maybe I should start making my working-lines as close as possible to final quality? I'm not sure). Where am I going wrong with the anatomy? The face is placeholder atm and I know the line that describes the back of the ribcage on the right hand side is off

Thanks, I felt like something wasn't right with the first composition
I hope written work is okay here. I put this up on my deviantart and another forum I go to, so I may as well share it here with you folks. It's about my job, pretty fun.
So on the 8th day, God looked down on all the stuff he made and said "I need a way to keep all these kids off the street and occupy their time with something other than drugs", so God made pizza delivery guys.
God said "I need someone willing to show up on time, drive through the peak of rush hour with one hand on the wheel and the other hanging out the window just to deliver food to someone who tips less than the sales tax, and do it twenty more times before staying until midnight fixing up dough", so God made pizza delivery guys.
"I need someone with strong enough to steer a 2 ton hunk of metal without power steering and walk $80 dollars worth of food up a staircase when the elevator's out, and yet gentle enough to not go postal when somebody cuts them off", so God made pizza delivery guys.
God said "I need someone who knows every main road, side road, alleyway, and highway to get from the store to the customer as fast as humanly possible, and be able to remember it through the back of their head while ostrock is blaring from their stereo", so God made pizza delivery guys.
God had to make someone badass enough who's willing to risk getting pulled over to barrel through stop signs and blow past yield signs as if they've never seen one in their life, and yet someone with enough faith to mutter "Oh shit" as they drive by a parked squad car and pray that it was unoccupied, so God made pizza delivery guys.
God said "I need someone stoic enough to deal with bikers, Canadian drivers, and those who tip barely enough to buy a hamburger without nary a wince, but jovial enough to share their stories with the fellow drivers while making the dough", so God made pizza delivery guys.
"Somebody who'd scratch together enough of a living to the point to where it feels more like a hobby you get paid for than a proper career, and then groan and berate their son who, with smiling eyes, just said he wants to spend their life 'doing what dad does'". So God made pizza delivery guys.
I know the height proportions are wrong/cartoonish. The silhouette was the same, and I think it emphasises the upper body real nice for a literal African drum/music god

Also did a super quick landscape exercise, colour picking from the image in the corner to give my starting pallete

Been slacking, trying to get back into it.
