Hi there! Asking for a friend, but which one of these drawing tablets is better (and maybe why)? Genius Mousepen i608X vs HUION H610 PRO Thanks, and here's to hoping this isn't too offtopic. (edited for English links)

Larger active area and the pen has double the levels of sensitivity. whether or not it is actually better I don't know, since i've used neither.
Out of those two? Definitely the Huion.
whats a good tablet that's relatively cheap preferably within 300 or less(400 is probably fine too) my old wacom just broke because of a table failure and also water, but i've had it for many many years now and i don't know whats good anymore
Mashup poster I drew: And the time-lapse (15x speed) of it:
Since I haven't been feeling too motivated lately, I thought it'd be fun to go back and redo my first "digital painting" if it could be called that. Here's what I posted originally in March of 2014: Here's the progress I've made since then: it's still wip but i thought it would be cool to share
kerning could use some work
Yeah, I ended up going with a generic free "Metal Gear Solid" font because I couldn't find out what font the MGS titles use; in retrospect that probably wasn't a good idea because free logo-based fonts are usually janky. Unless you're talking about the bottom one that I hand-tweaked, in which case I'd welcome more specific feedback there.
Nah, I am talking about the top. You can, and should, still tweak the top text's kerning Not sure what program you are using, maybe some old version of photoshop, or something that looks similar? Anyway, in photoshop you can go to the text tool and click this icon and adjust the kerning here: You can also (if you are using photoshop) use keyboard shorcuts alt+left cursor key, and alt+right cursor key to adjust in increments of 20, or alt+ctrl and the cursor key left or right to adjust in increments of 100. The text cursor has to be inbetween the 2 letters that you want to adjust the kerning on. Alternatively you could use tracking to adjust the spacing of the entire title, but I wouldn't advise it. Tracking is good for large bodies of text and kerning is good for titles and similar short bodies of text where you can adjust each space individually. And yeah, free fonts usually have pretty shitty spacing by default.
Got a teaser episode for my radio show! It's less than 2 minutes. So pop on some headphones and give a listen if you wouldn't mind. A lot is left unexplained so the listener gets excited for episode 3.

[thumb]http://i.imgur.com/LpIQOBt.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/iEO8e0D.png[/thumb] so a man dared me to draw any animatronic from the series five nights at freddy's so after a week and a half I got a result. Painted a scene from BioShock Infinite. And a scenery from GTA V.
The palette is perfect in the second one. Did you pick?
What artist would I look up that are similar to how the Peace Tea cans are?
I would search for screen printed (or block printed or lithographed) cartoon poster artists and see where that leads you
it's that standard mid-to-late '00s sorta-mainstreamized indie type aesthetic
I made this for a few friends who I understand would really despise such a combination. And this for myself.
looks like that girl from that game
life is strange?

Hey GIMP people: I'm undertaking a big solo Tabletop Simulator project. I need to edit around 100+ cards in the basic way of selecting a section and erasing into transparency, but in the same exact spot for all 100+ cards. Is there a way that I can open up all 100 card images, then select them all, and then do the same actions for all of them at once?
I've got a PS background, but could you load them all into one document as layers, throw a mask down onto all of them at once and apply the mask?
Queen of Awoken from Destiny, half finished. I've spent 500+ hrs in Destiny already... D: Ref: [thumb]http://www.destinypedia.com/images/d/df/Destiny_Queen_reference.jpg[/thumb]
Your render looks better than the ref :v:
