Seems like pro-robbers use small EMP's. Anyone got a schematic or dealextreme link? :) I need to learn this thoroughly for my book.
First, why would you need schematics for a book.
Second, where did you get the EMP idea from?

The bad idea's section of zoklet.net
I think I see a flaw in this

Yes....
Right. Mr THUGaim here is gonna write a book about disabling motion detectors and needs schematics for an EMP device.
Operator? Connect me to the AIVD please?
they had them in my school to control the lights and if we were taking a test or something where we mostly weren't moving for more than about 10 minutes the lights would go off.
Once in the 10th grade we had someone climb up onto and cover the sensor before class. Literally 10 minutes into class the lights would shutoff and our teacher was absolutely perplexed by it. He was so frustrated trying to flip the switches on and off. He spent the whole day like that until someone in the last period pointed it out. :v:
Don't most home alarm systems have sensors in the windows and doors so that if they're opened they go off? In that case it really doesn't matter how one bypasses a motion detector because you have to set off the alarm to even get in the house.
those are easy, use magnets
Smack it with your penis.

Since when is it illegal to gain knowledge? Also read out my name outloud, you'll understand it then.
Use an EMP grenade.

Yeah, except they are designed to monitor the window opening, not me running a putty knife around the molding and popping the pane out.

Thu Gaim.
Thug Aim.
I get what it was supposed to sound like, but it's kind of a stretch to me with that u in it.

the game
You could have him cut power to the house using the circuit breakers, then dress as a aircon repair man and remove some roof tiles to enter through the roof, then once there disconnecting the back-up battery, That's where my alarms battery is anyway.
Jensen use your invisiblity already
Cut the houses power in the main fuse box and turn it back on when you're done?
If the owners of the house has pets, their IR detectors will most often be easier to slowly walk by. I often just crawl close to the floor, that always works for me, you just gotta do it slowly. We've cats at home, so the detection tolerence is set quite high.
I was at this party were I met a nice girl, so we went home to my place to have sex - and I didn't have my keys with me apparently. So i had to walk up a ladder and go through a small window, crawl through the hole house drunk as hell to open up for her, yeah..
If the detectors are wireless, (some newer systems are I believe), they can be disabled with specific frequencies emitted from a transmitter. Just like car fobs, or anything that operates wirelessly, can be disabled. Usually its a case of a frequency "leak" from devices in a neighbours house which causes wireless devices to stop functioning, however they can be generated if you have the right tools and knowhow
Sneak into North Korea, steal some top secret stealth devices, melt them all together and...
Boom! You have a lump of metal!
Hit motion sensor with said lump of metal.
a white sheet fending off a sound triggered alarm? What.
Ghetto Cloaking Device.
Use a white bed sheet. Shield yourself like a tarp around your body.
Hey guys, I found a photo of the OP!

How about dressing yourself in white? Wouldn't that be more practical?
Yes.
Especially since when it fails and the alarm does go off, u can claim to be a ghost, scare the owner/security and use it as a way to make a getaway

Snake? Snake?! SNAAAAAKE!!
Simple, If you have seen MI4 ghost protcol all you have to do is get a projector screen the size of the room with a camera so HD that it costs so many fucking thousands of dollars that it would be pointless to break into the room/house unless it was a triple billionaire. But seriously just walk real slow to the sensor ( if there is only 1 ) a put a post it and glue on it.
Cut the power to the house, what I've learned is that folks tend to use cheap anti-bulglar devices that are just tapped into the house's electricity. Thought the more expensive ones have batteries for situations for like that. Bedsheet works wonders thought.
It's better to just get familiar with the design of the house, break the door open, take anything valuable, and leg it.

what if they have a backup generator? surely they would hear it kicking in, and those seem rather common in the more rural areas of finland.
