I browse Facepuch regularly and consistently, and am in a suitable timezone to plug gaps in coverage. While I may often joke about Facepuch and it's quality (or lack thereof), if I didn't genuinely care about this place I wouldn't have stuck around for over a decade, or accepted the nomination.
Admittedly my personal experiences with moderation are limited to servers; in particular I used to be an admin for an ancient Insmod clan called NADES. Some Insmod maps had a serious problem with spawncamping, particulary Sinjar, which necessitated a rather intricate ruleset to ensure balance. Duties required knowing those rules, enforcing them consistently and quickly, in the case of a ban the reason had to be clearly documented along with corroborating evidence, as any ban could be appealed and overturned if evidence was lacking. Hacking bans were a particular pain in the arse, as the standard of evidence for a permaban were high and most hackers would hide their actions if someone suddenly jumps to spectator.
