Just made two egg-ham-cheese sandwiches topped with oregano and olive oil, had no salad unfortunately. Fried them aswell. My heart's dying.

I always love eggs on bagels.
add some hot sauce on those eggs, don't over do it but its bloody nice
mozzarella and tomatoes
mozzarella and some really good raw ham
O lol when I hear sandwich filling I think of like cream in a donut and I was like wtf cream in a sandwich?
Bacon, Letis, and Tomato.
Egg Mayo
Tuna Mayo
Prawn Mayo
 Mayo
If it's for lunch its gotta be either tuna+hummus (healthier and imo tastier, also would put in some red chilli or something for kick) or ham and cheese
If I'm fatting out then chicken and chorizo is the ticket (as in both cooked, not wafer thin chicken and chorizo slices)
Chicken schnitzel + ketchup + mayo + pickles/tomato/some other vegetable
So tasty....
Egg, mayo & onion
Tuna & mayo
Ham, lettuce & salad cream (maybe some cheese)
Very simple fillings, mainly because I enjoy easy to make food that tastes awesome.
Last night I had a cheese, ham and coleslaw sandwich
Tuna + vinegar
i gleeked over my monitor
Smoked Salmon + Philadelphia = the ultimate sandwich.
We often have gammon for dinner, so we get lots of left over pork. The next day I like to mix that shit with some salad cream and a good amount of pepper, put that shit on a crusty chiabatta roll with some gem lettuce leaves.

you need to be vegetarian to force you to eat fruit and veg? wow
I was eating plenty of fruit and vegetables as a meat eater, just eating too much meat. It's helpful for cutting calorie intake.

Just keep eating meat, pick non fatty cuts if it helps, and try and avoid poultry can be fatty because of the layer of fat between the skin
[editline]3rd May 2011[/editline]
also smaller cuts in general

and avoid frying!
But... I love frying. I wasn't planning on staying vegetarian for very long, I just wanted to see how it would help me. The plan was then to switch to something like you've suggested. Thanks for the tips though.
Grilled meat is great if you can pull it off

Use a non stick pan if it's that bad, jeez
Grilled tuna steak in a sandwich is pretty beast, especially with aforementioned hummus
