I just tried to give her a reality check. And those saying I have a massive ego it's stressful having a friend on your back for hours upon hours saying they're going to kill themself. I did snap and lose my temper which was a bad idea and the wrong thing the do, but my parents always gave me a "kick in the ass" when I was down about something and it always seemed to work for me. I'll try and talk to her and reason with her again, thanks for the advice everyone
