No, that's not what he wants at all. he wants to shove in our faces the fact that he'll listen to fucking anything and brainwash himself into liking it just to he can be smug about it
Everyone needs to disregard this. It's a corrupt ideology based on false terms. :smug:
Serious Level 4 was too much. I can appreciate anything under that, and I would listen to any of it. Seriously, Noise music is just what it says it is, just noise.
Be unique with your tastes, you do not have to like everything posted here, it's solely to see the spectrums that I see concerning "light-hearted" music and "rough" music. If you hate something, it's totally understandable... you are bound to get uncomfortable with at least some of the genres here
This bit here really ticked me off. What it sounds to me is that you're saying "It's okay to not like some of this stuff, but it means your taste isn't as broad as mine".
Cool thread, it's annoying to have to find decent stuff in a particular genre, so for that many... Very convenient. Will try.
Although I won't bother using headphones, YouTube quality is terrible but it's less noticeable on my speakers.

No.
Noise music is harsh.
Death metal can create themes of an uncomfortable nature.
There are plenty of reasons for me to think it's okay to not like styles. I posted that because of mynames2long thinking I'm indoctrinating people to like all music.

The mistake was to make it a challenge in the first place
Hey Akayz, if you like The Knife, you should check out the new ohGr album. They're oddly similar.
I can wrap my head around nearly all of the music shown, I just prefer the sounds and layering of industrial outfits.

Even going as far to say Beatles are too "kiddy" for them, I wouldn't complain and hold it against them because I can look at it through their train of thought.

Appreciate it, house punks. :smug:

Generalizing much?
Some of us just like prog cause of the music
The Avant-Garde Jazz isn't very rough.

No it's not.
Level 7 Avant Garde Jazz you want?
post-dubstep is a real genre?
I skipped to the end and listened to it i win
Now go to level 7: Dream Pop.
post-dubstep is a real genre?
Yes. It's fairly new, but I think in time it will be more defined
Hey, there's no level 7 in lighthearted, how discriminatory.
Now my lighthearted-rough-lighthearted-rough pattern doesn't work.
i made a joke about post-dubstep yesterday
now i find out it actually exists
wtf
post-dubstep is a real genre?
Yeah didn't you know? every time an artist does something different you have to make a new subgenre for it.
Not enough sub genres.
Post-Post-Rock
Post-Noise
Post-Music
Post Box Rock
I'm waiting for post-music to come along.
Well there has to be something that's not music or noise.
