TBH I talk pretty openly about depression and anxiety with my friends but not so much with professionals. It's really shit how the stigma makes it harder to get help.

My nephew and cousin came down to see me, but I sent them both back home because they sounded incredibly sick. My nephew was telling me how he was throwing up this morning, and my cousin sounded like she was coughing up a lung. Like, I don't know why anyone would give them permission to come down and see me like that. I love them to death, but I don't want to deal with sick children.
