Well the second season at least.
The first season was good, but not fantastic. The third season was a bit above the first season but not by much. The OVA was relatively bad, but still OK.

I'm only two episodes in, (probably going to watch the third today), but it's as if Mamoru Oshii (director of the Ghost in The Shell movies, The Sky Crawlers, etc.) and Tsutomu Nihei made a show together. With Oshii and Nihei as co-writers and Oshii directing. Especially since the first two episodes were incredibly slow, (moreso the first one). It's okay so far, nothing spectacular, but okay. It'll probably get good later on.
