Remove your window screen so we don't have to worry about it being blown in and knocking down the camera as the hurricane hits the building and eventually topples it.

Usually you pull a tab in the corner or in the middle of the shortest side really tightly and pull towards you, at least, that's how my window works. You could also watch in Times Square as well... http://www.earthcam.com/usa/newyork/timessquare/ They look so scared!
Feeling light rain now
Wonderful of you to sacrifice your laptop for the common good.
They ordered mandatory evacuations here too. I livein NYC, where the fuck am I going? Gonna ride it out and hope for the best.
Godspeed bro
i hope nothing bad happens to you.

When Rita was about to hit we went outside and the whole sky was covered in clouds that were all moving in a west fairly fast. It was quite a sight. You could make out a slight curvature to them. The wind was really blowing too.
My parents said fuck the evacuation where i live in Delaware. I asked my mom about emergency money she said we have 69 dollars. I asked her wtf is that gonna do, she answered " Gets us into the locked banks if we need it." What
I'll post pics if I take any.
On fox news a reporter covering the storm called the hurricane "big but not well organized.. sort of a metaphor for the US government right now".
I think the power just went. i mean that's what people are guessing.
