Bread is goddamned good for you because carbohydrates easily convert into glucose, which means that your BRAIN can work.
Also, if you don't have carbohydrates in your diet, you will get nauseated and vomit quite a bit from excess ketosis. So shut the fuck up.
Eating bread is fine, but also eat meat and veggies. There's a good reason why the staple food of the world is something that is mostly carbohydrates. See here:

That is some stuff regarding a high fat, medium protein, low carbohydrate diet.
Metabolic diseases, diabetes, and cancer have strong genetic links. I'm sorry, but taking on a frankly ridiculous diet won't change your chances.
It seems you fail then to draw the conclusion that developing our genetic structure in one environment and putting ourself in another creates genetic difficulties.

To OP: Start buying MREs to eat, when someone asks why you eat MREs, tell them that you'd rather not shit pure liquid.

General contents may include:
main course (entree)
side dish
dessert or snack (often commercial candy, fortified pastry, or HOOAH! Bar)
crackers or bread
spread of cheese, peanut butter, or jelly
powdered beverage mix: fruit flavored drink, cocoa, instant coffee or tea, sport drink, or dairy shake.
utensils (usually just a plastic spoon)
flameless ration heater (FRH)
beverage mixing bag
Accessory pack:
xylitol chewing gum
water-resistant matches
napkin / toilet paper
moist towelette
seasonings, including salt, pepper, sugar, creamer, and/or Tabasco sauce
Many items are fortified with nutrients. In addition, DoD policy requires units to augment MREs with fresh food and A-rations whenever feasible, especially in training environments.

Sounds awesome.
I suggest you read more advanced studies about insulin and the varieties of carbohydrates. I will reevaluate my sources and study further, it would be the only logical thing to do. But to omit genetic adaption and evolution itself would not be the signs of a very comprehensive way of thinking.

Evolution shouldn't be a part of your argument, as all the diseases you listed tend to kill long after reproduction, so the effect of natural selection is minimal.

Maybe you should read just a little about something before you rant about it, paleolithic diet is not about decreasing the ingestion of carbohydrates. Try reading about glycemic index if I'm translating it correctly. About bread being easily converted into glucose is the specific reason why you should avoid it, it changes your insulin response to a state that is not compatible with your genetic structure. I have pointed out your ignorance enough, research before you comment.
Russian RMEs. Odd, yet intriguing.
I can't afford the American ones, kinda steep.

I would say 90 million years of evolution on land would have more than just natural selection as a factor.
Yeah it is, it's a low carb - high protein diet.
You are right, it slipped my mind, but proteins are a source of carbohydrates, the very best too, since the glycemic index is lower than common carbohydrates.

I don't understand what you're referring to. This sentence lack an indicator of it's meaning compatible with trying?

I would recommend a library, it gives you more information and has an environment specifically designed to be compatible with studying. If you are interested that will say.

Interesting conclusion although I would believe it would be incorrect to apply trolling on my methods of discussion since my only goal should evidently be to establish the unification of understanding universe among others. Else this discussion would have no meaning.
don't worry babe just keep going something about fucking carbs or some shti
I would hardly use the term "fucking" since proteins are a source of carbohydrates, the process is slow so the result is a steadier level of bloodsugar. Which is healthy, I would think you know that since you're in medical school.

This sentence gets funnier the slower you read it.
Try it at home, kids!
I have my share of food fuckups too.
My maid is balding. And how do I know? I find her hair in my food everyday. It's revolting.

Then I suggest learning a training technique to read faster since a collective understanding was the sole purpose of me writing it, it is actually quite easy once you understand the concept of it.

OP, if you can find a way to cook for yourself, DO IT. Chicks dig it and you know exactly what's happening to it.
Food poisoning sucks. It could be worse though. Last time I had it, I ran out of toilet paper in the middle of...things.
I had to drive myself out, past midnight, to a local market(the closest and only one open at that hour) to buy more TP. Trying desperately not to crap myself or puke all over myself either in my car/in the parking lot/in the store/in the checkout line/driving home/before I could make it back to the bathroom. With the cold shivers the entire time.
That sucked big time.

I believe this is something you should discuss with your maid, I'm no medical expert but I don't think baldness before the age of retiring is a good sign. I would also believe the job-definition of a maid is to ease the life of those employing her.

Of course you will, I have never stated otherwise and I never would considering it would be inhibiting once emotions which is never a healthy thing.
If you die first, we'll dance on your grave.
I would find that highly unlikely since you have no idea regarding my geographical position.

This is actually a good idea and is attractive to females because cooking by yourself represents discipline and routine.
