I, too, would like a homemade wooden ring. :eng99: [editline]13th February 2011[/editline] -Sniff-
sent them . . . :D
xDD
let me know when you get it O_O i sent them. it shouldn't take that long
I got the package in the mail. but... the coin did not come, There is a slight tear on the side of the envelope. [img_thumb]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1031910/IMAG0133.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1031910/IMAG0132.jpg[/img_thumb] But at least I got the note... :'((((
WHAT THE HELL!!!! I AM KICKING SOMEBODY'S ASSS!!!!!! FUCK FUCK FUCK!!!! I'M SHOOTING SOMEONE ... I"M GONNA FLY A PLAN INTO THE FUKING POSTAL BUILDING. PLEASE TELL ME THIS IS A JOKE! THE PACKAGE SEEMS Goddamit. I trusted my friend when sh said that shit would work. I think the shifting of other letters pushed out the ring and ripped it out. Unless some asshole at the post office ripped it out. which i doubt (aren't they like sworn into that job... i know not really, but still) [editline]16th February 2011[/editline] nice sink btw
Well, At the postal area's they press the letter, with therefor made it tear out... If my coin did not come thin fore sure the ring's did not come :( And nice to notice some one love's my sink.
the ring was like the width of a normal ring. Does the mailing system have some machine that just squishes stuff out? cuz I really can't see how this thing got busted out unless it was from the shifting weight of other packages. edit: i'm just seein' your message... That explains everything. but damn, how was I suppose to know? edit: their rules (which i followed) [url]http://www.usps.com/send/waystosendmail/senditwithintheus/firstclassletters.htm[/url] I've already got my rental [url]http://www.wingsforrent.com/[/url]

[QUOTE=WastedJamacan;28102091]it was less than .25" thick?[/QUOTE] :'( maybe?
One of the requirements is that it has to be less than a quarter-inch thick..
Fucking cocksauce. I got mine today, but the US post office can go fuck themselves. Next time though, use a small box :smile: and maybe charge something, because i don't like getting free hand-made things. I like to give something back to the creator.

I got mine with a note in it, but no ring :gonk:
Ship them in small boxes or something next time, if there will be. That way the assholes don't pull this shit and fuck them up. Costs more to ship but at least it will insure that nothing happens to it.
I believe you can ship in those new cardboard envelopes. As long as it fits, it sends, afaik.
"If it fit's it ship's" - United Postal Service
How about those envelopes that have that bubble plastic on the inside? Shouldn't be too expensive to send off...
I just started to wonder. what if I was shipping something of good value? like a thick silver or gold ring? that's a lot of money down the drain for some.
Sorry to say, but The fact they got lost/destroyed makes me feel a little better about the fact I missed out on this. :unsmith: Sorry though to those who got fucked over by the postal service. USPS :fuckyou:
When I first read this thread I was like cool! but then I thought about it and I was like maybee he pissed on it or some shit, that changed my mind pretty fast
I'll do it. I'll take the ring to Mordor.
