Once made a footstool out of an old chair with a broken back by by taking off the back with a saw, sanding it down, the adding a small cushion and covering it all in a big piece of fabric, which I stapled down to stop it from falling over. Fell apart after two weeks. Stupid cat.

made a torch from a bottle years ago for a school project. Shit took ages to make, then didn't work, then broke, then got taped together then rewired, then it lit up for 3 seconds then it snapped. :)

well my old headset broke and i duct taped it a shit ton and it started to work again eventually the wire fell out though and i don't have it anymore

God dam Plantronics make some shitty headphones. When mine broke I used everything from tape to super-glue, but it never worked. I eventually said fuck it and got myself a G35 and I have to say its a far better headset. Sorry I don't have any pics, I think I might have deleted them at some point. However, I can say that it looked like every other broken Plantronics is this thread.

I have this flat piece of metal that goes into a filing desk, it slides out so you can write on it or place crap over the files. I grabbed that and my old laptop cooler. They fit together perfectly thanks to the rubber footings. Weeks later the cooler died but it's a pretty sweet laptop holder. So time comes for me to get a new cooler and it's a plastic crap and it's hell having it stay in one spot. So I grab the electrical tape and wrap all 3 together. Now it's kickass

I remember one time my airsoft gun stock broke so I got a fuck load of duct tape. Let's say it only lasted 3 minutes.

I can't really take a picture of it because it looks totally normal, but when my glasses started to wear out the legs broke off. So, I bought a cheap pair of reading glasses, took the legs off of them, and screwed them into the hinges of my glasses. Works pretty damn well.
