keep in mind; 10 o'clock at night means different things in different cities - 10 o'clock in spain and the day has just begun, 10 o'clock where i live and there is a police enforced curfew for anyone under 21 outside

you're dumb/desperate if you remain with a girl that gets fucking arrested with some other dude in the middle of the night; though, if you're just in it for sex i would just let it slide - use a condom though, she's probably had a "drunken/high" incident with all of her close male friends (protip: that's why they stay around)
