I was never interested in Imageshack, and never will be. The account I got there to try the site out is basically empty.

Imageshack and photobucket are obsolete, aren't they? There are much better things out there.

I use Imageshack, it fills my needs, I have [I]never[/I] seen any ads on my images. It's simple.

Imageshack has always worked fine for me.

Imageshack works, but it's in no means the best image host.

The guy who owns it does so volunteerily and he pays for bandwidth out of his own pocket. He isn't some big coporation, just an individual guy.

I used imageshack all the time. So long as you used the direct image link and not one of the pre-made "forum links" it gave you, you would be fine.

I use photobucket, it's nice to be able to see old shit i put up. For example, me taunting someone about Urban Dead. Ever since around 2007 Imageshack has been getting a lot slower and unreliable for me. Although I will give them points for keeping images, some of my ancient 2005 stuff is still being hosted there which is pretty cool.

I've never had trouble with ads or with it being slow. It loads fine, its reliable, and unlike photobucket, my image is still there if I come back to it a month later or three months later or five years later. And I don't have to deal with signing up for a stupid account. And I don't have to deal with them bitching and saying "Your image has been deleted because its not appropriate." Photobucket is the shit one if anything.

Imageshack was always shit, it only allowed small file sizes and was slow to use
