it's a little known fact that the S doesn't stand for saber but actually sexy

look at how skinny it is

Looks like it's made from plywood
I guess it'd be great for long gigs. I don't know, I like good chunky guitars
That's a really damn good looking guitar, if it was made out of metal you could probably set a camp fire on stage and fry some eggs on it too to feed hungry fans.
yeah that settles it my next guitar is gonna be an S
I prefer thin guitars as well, but I think I'm going to get the new 2014 sgj when they go on clearence around the end of the year. Either that or the new melody maker, it's ultra thin yet has a carved maple top like a normal lp and also has a strat-like tummy cut in the back.
fixed my G string buzz by putting paper under the string in the slot
In other news i'm pretty sure this rocksmith cable will work for amp sims, are there any good free ones? Paid software is cool up to like $50

I've been screwing 'round with guitarix recently. I dunno if there is a windows version but the linux version is nice.

In other news, a guitar shop near me now has google shop view.

You can actually go inside and oogle all the axes, it even has the little upstairs room with all the acoustics.
I got about $150 to spend on guitar swagger for christmas, any recommendations? I'm verrrrry tempted by the TC Ditto Looper right now unless something comes along and blows my mind.

Acoustic guitar just doesn't get danker than Ewan Dobson.

get the looper
Gonna buy new strings, I am keen.
My guitar is getting a little bit of a service tonight! Woo!
New strap button and less tuning issues here we go!
Done! It's great.
I don't understand why people record covers with unplugged electric guitars
Just finished learning in the name of god by dream theater, solo and all. What should i tackle next?
I must be crazy but my next EP is already finished (the distortion bass stuff etc) but my last album release was just days ago :v: need to wait till the end of the month D:
guitar is much more consistent than women

You need a shorter strap, really. Most guitars I play have straps that put them around Jimmy Page level (If you bend your knees the guitar is below the balls) and I'm fine, it's just the angle of the neck that's awkward.
Getting my new Bullet Strat tomorrow yessssssssss. I can't wait. The ergonomics of Strats are so much better than that of a Flying V to me.

Well that's new.
Made some sort of harmonic while strumming.

About the only thing I struggle with standing vs. sitting is gallops and long extended down-strokes. For some reason when my guitar angles just slightly away from me I have an extremely difficult time properly upstroking during the gallop... :/
I have no variety in my sound, I can't come up with cool riffs, I have no creativity I'm just mindlessly trying to play with emotion in GM and related modes.
My creativity and variety in my sound is going from a speed metal Dm riff to a bluesy FM pentatonic fill and then to some sort of dull chord progression of weird chords that my hand looks like its spasming to get to just to say 'Fuck you, theorists'.
That, and, more because I've never actually taken the time to study music theory in depth... but meh.
What's the best way to clean tiny bits of dust/grime off of my fretboard?
It's probably a no-no, but I usually use my pick to push the strings away and scrape off the crud from time to time on my acoustic. My electric I almost never clean the fretboard, aside from a light polish with the rag when I change strings and clean my guitar since it's black and never shows hardly any dirt, aside from finger prints.
I'm trying to take the best possible care of my acoustic after seeing the damage that poor care unleashed on my old acoustic. I might take to the thing with a clean piece of cloth and try to dab between the strings for each fret, I'm not sure

Remember when I said I will do covers in Deadpool's costume? I don't think I'll be able to do it due to the fact material is very slippery, but here is me at new year's party wearing it, at least keeping half the promise.

I used to stand in a dark corner by the doors when guests would arrive, people would get scared or stand there confused.
