I'm not sure what it is about Les Pauls but I just can't gallop on them.
I fucking hate the D-profiled necks Epiphone put on most of their models, otherwise I would totally get an LP custom and mod it.
I don't mind them cause i have big hands, I prefer schecter necks but hey I don't own one
I have huge hands, well, at least very long fingers. I need some chunk to fill 'em out.

Time to hexatonic scales. I'm gonna try to make locrian into a hexatonic because it nearly is already.
I just got a great idea for the future for my band. My bands vocalist is the cousin of sevendust's vocalist and we need to use that opportunity to make some collab song in the future when we tour in america or somewhere close to him. That would kick us instantly to all existing sevendust fans holy crap.. [editline]26th November 2014[/editline] holy crap I didn't know... [editline]26th November 2014[/editline] that's their likes on fb

anyone have any experience with the Bugera 1960 Inf head?
anyone have any experience with the Bugera 1960 Inf head?
I can't speak about the quality or the sound (guessing modernized Marshall clone), but I like the feature set a lot. Check it out in stores if possible, and jumper those channels, man.
anyone have any experience with the Bugera 1960 Inf head?
not sure about that specific model but i know that on some early bugeras they had a molex connector to the power thing on the back it would melt when the valves got hot and you had to re-solder the thing other than that i hear they are pretty good amps
Anyone here read sheet music? I wrote a classical guitar piece and kinda need to know if its playable. :v:
Anyone here read sheet music? I wrote a classical guitar piece and kinda need to know if its playable. :v:
I can read sheet music.
Anyone here read sheet music? I wrote a classical guitar piece and kinda need to know if its playable. :v:
Yeah post it, I will take a look at it.
Guitars can triple stop right?
Yes you can, also does the program you use insert courtesy accidentals automatically? They are not needed because you have the key signature and for me they actually add room for confusion. You only need the natural accidentals. Beside that I can't spot anything that would be unplayable, granted I am a bit tired so I will leave it to darkrei9n for a second opinion.

Some of those are just brain farts on my part though.
Nothing looks unplayable to me. Was there any part you were really worried about specifically?
Boss DS-1 Distortion going for £25, is it worth it?
yeah I've seen them cheaper but not by much
Or this Joyo Crunch Distortion
Ordered the Pedal, happy Payday to me :v:. Me, my dad and the guitarist from my dad's band are taking a trip to PMT in Birmingham over Christmas, gonna be sweeet.
Well it looks like my money situation is a little tighter than I thought. No Jackson for me, unfortunately. Not at the moment anyway, I'll see how things are after Christmas, I'll hopefully have enough money then. That said, at the moment, I'm digging Jazz basses again. This GAS shit sure is a pain. But I'm content with my Precision. I might dig out my Kramer again and see how that goes, I haven't played that thing in forever.
I found my cure for GAS. it's putting $4000 into building an old italian road bike [editline]27th November 2014[/editline] but that doesn't mean I'm not watching for black friday/cyber monday sales [editline]27th November 2014[/editline] in other news I can't remember the last time I was so wrapped up in something on UG as am in this showdown they're running http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news/ug_news/ug_showdown_round_1_robert_fripp_vs_adam_jones.html
Just got back from seeing The Pineapple Thief + support, managed to grab a pick Bruce Soord dropped.
I've been on warmoth for like 6 hours today fuck sake [editline]28th November 2014[/editline] tobacco burst jazz master with a wenge baritone neck though
What the hell guys... we met a new band today which is interested in being our openers at gigs that we will have in the future. It's a rock/rap kinda party fun band and they love us + look up to us... now the funny part is that this band is the backing guys/instrumentalists from one of the biggest german artists here, they've toured alot. It's the söhne mannheims who play for "xavier naidoo" and are schooled by him. What the fuck? This is ridicoulus, in two weeks I probably come with some more lucky luck shit like that again, it just doesn't end. Went into the local music shop today to pick up some stuff for my pedal. £16 for a 9v power supply, wat. Also spent about 15 minutes drooling over the guitars, why does christmas have to be so far away :(
bought a behringer fcb1010 for my pod hd pro today figuring out how to program that thing is teeeedious
Pmt is round the corner from me. Try another store in Birmingham called fair deal music.
bought a behringer fcb1010 for my pod hd pro today figuring out how to program that thing is teeeedious
I am right now at the same phase, I want to find a good cheap pedal to use with the pod hd bean... if you manage to make the behringer work tell me, maybe I buy that one then :v:
