I'm a hopeless pedal addict. My live guitar rig (minus tuner and volume pedal) is 16 pedals and I can't get it any smaller without removing anything integral. On top of that, I also use two more sets of effects for synths/samples and vocals. How many pedals do you guys gig with?

I actually got one of these by import from Japan. It's cool, but the tracking can be dodgy at times.... [editline]29th November 2014[/editline] also, if I get some free time, I'll record some of the madness that results from running a montreal assembly count to five into the miku
vid
go home miku you're drunk
Holy shit, this guys got talent.
take s out of https
I am right now at the same phase, I want to find a good cheap pedal to use with the pod hd bean... if you manage to make the behringer work tell me, maybe I buy that one then :v:
well it actually worked immediately with changing patches with pedals 1-10. but the expression pedals do nada as of yet all i want is a pitch glider and volume pedal and i'm content

If you make it all work, then I buy one too! Is it possible to change setlist or the bundle of patches too? Because in one bundle theres always 4 patches and I wish to change up n down for different songs. Thanks

I feel like reduxing my les paul's wiring, I wanna add coil splitting and all that cool business.
DO IT FEG
do it fagget [editline]1st December 2014[/editline] coil splitting is a godsend, ever since I played the tosin abasi sig with coil splitting... that sound is so tasty for distortion and clean tones.
fok m8, got a pedal pcb coming and i've gotta get the parts for it (all of which I can get save for a single cap and a resistor) so i'll have to leave that for another time
Get the parts pronto, coil split is amazing. Split Evo neck sounds godly on a clean channel with TS as a boost.
Hey guys, I wanted to create post rock music. I currently have a Fender blacktop Sonic Blue, a line 6 AMP Spider IV (clean channel is amazing), Pedals I have is: Soul Food (overdrive) Big Muff (Fuzz) T Rex Yellow Drive (Distortion) Hall of Fame (Reverb) I wanted to play an eerie post rock style..and I can't see, to find 'that' sound when combining them. Well I can sort of hear it especially when I put the decay high on my reverb pedal but it feels like I'm missing other pieces to get the sound I want. Any suggestions?

If you set a delay pedal right, it can kind of sound like a chorus pedal (by putting the delay time very low, keeping the volume of the delayed sound up, and keeping the amount of repeats down low)
Anyone who can confirm this?
Anyone who can confirm this?
C# was enough to pretty much droop my strings to the floor, Drop B sounds terrifying.
C# was enough to pretty much droop my strings to the floor, Drop B sounds terrifying.
It really isn't if you have thick enough strings (think 0.65 or higher). [editline]1st December 2014[/editline]
you really need an analog delay pedal for that kind of sound, or an echo sort of pedal. A sweeping phase effect is also good.
Best band for your buck digital echo(es): Digitech Timebender or Ibanez DE7 Best cheap Analog echo(es): Ibanez Echo Shifter or Mooer Ana Echo Also, the absolute best post-rock phaser is the Blackout Whetstone. My god, the sweep time is fucking unbelievable. I could make tea in the time it takes for it to get peak to peak.
i mentioned my first ever gig before, but i don't believe i posted any of these here [editline]1st December 2014[/editline] on the right with my surprisingly trusty BC Rich
Are you a time-traveler? Not talking shit but you look like you came straight out of an 80s hair metal band. It's fucking amazing.
The echo shifter is currently on sale at banjo center for a significant discount.
Oh so you can't have more than 10 patches to swap around?
i actually don't know. i'm only gonna be using 6-7 patches so i'm cool with it. i found a great website for it, try reading there: http://host.mtnsys.com:81/faq-fcb/showfaqs.asp
Not talking shit but you look like you came straight out of an 80s band.
that's a compliment if anything
hair metal
and that's heresy

It also can control 1/4 inch stuff like some amp footswitch functions. I wonder... I could mod my Marshall to have the channel mode buttons footswitchable and use the thing to control my effects unit as well. Yes.
