rigid sole too good for clicking on two pedals at once
Are you on ecstasy or something? :downs:
what even am I supposed to say to that
yes
Piezo pickups can actually sound amazing.
My PRS has an L.R. Baggs peizo system and it sounds incredible. Not exactly like an acoustic, but still a fantastic natural sound.
I've heard it. And the Acousti-phonic, and that cinderblock thing, and the Variax's model. Without getting into technical crap the sound just isn't acceptable for me, so I'm looking explicitly for non-piezo solutions.
you know you could just use an acoustic

It's only stupid if it doesn't work.

I'm not opposed to using an acoustic, what I can't do is mic an acoustic externally.
Just bought an Fender CD 60 CE all Mahogany acoustic guitar for 239€ it will ship in a few days, I hope it sounds as special as I heard/think.
Here a picture:

I plan on taking this beautiful acoustic outside and sing some with some friends and such this summer.

twelve twelve is such a good song.
Got my David Reasoner picks in yesterday, just had a chance to play with them.
The stainless steel one feels horrid on a wound electric string. Between the pick being less than a millimeter thick and the fact that he grinds a fine point on them, it's like playing with a knife. It's easier to alternate pick with than one of those flexible pointy tortex dealies, but it feels like you might rip the string apart any time you play moderately hard. It works really well for retarded downpicking shit, though, provided you can angle it correctly (it takes some effort to not sound like you're scraping with a quarter). Also, sounds nice on an acoustic's unwound strings, nice and loud and snappy. It's going in the novelty can next to the PSYCHO SHREDDER.
Bronze one is incredible. Slightly more than a millimeter thick, so it's less biting thanks to the added surface area. Feels like a fresh 1.14mm Ultex Sharp with more heft and a cooler texture, except now I don't have to get a new one every time the tip erodes. Actually going to use this one.

Handmade sauce, I don't make pre made bullshit. No flavor in most of it. Diced tomatoes and tomato sauce with some garlic, basil, oregano, onion, and red wine.
I prefer fresh grated Parmesan but my brother picked it out...
I use tomato puree usually. Canned.

I wish, I don't have the tools to do that. I did when I lived with my grandfather.
My prs baritone haves a little dent under the tone knob now.. my guitarist threw a broken drumstick at me while I was playing and singing and yea it hurt to see my prs having an finish damage now.
the first dent is the worst.
yeah after that you'll see the next ones like, ah another one, and stop caring
yeah after that you'll see the next ones like, ah another one, and stop caring
Yeah that's how I am with everything shiny, that is why my Ibanez is so muffed up. I just stopped caring. I still give it a polish now and again though to get all the gunk that builds up on it.
same for my les paul, since ive broke the first eyebolt for my strap lock didnt mind to drill beside it and put another one, idk how the hell I've got the dent in the binding tough, seems like a knife went in it, just more battle scars. My graveyard disciple is still in perfect condition tough
My Kramer has paint chips and dents, and my Squier came with a couple of small chips in the headstock but I got it on the cheap because of them.
Also, come up for sale locally is a Peavey Foundation for £70. If I had the money and the space, I would totally get it. Hell, even if I just had the money I'd get it.
I might eventually end up repainting my explorer with nitro just so it will wear. Poly never wears, it only chips. Great finish if you want you guitar to look new for a while but I like my guitar to show wear.
