I think this movie needed a few more finger and toe injuries. Then it could win the award of making me cringe more than Oldboy
Holyfuck this movie was absolutly fuckin epic.
Watched it with my girl last night , very good movie! We thought it was gonna be a drama, but we were shocked to find out it was a thriller!
most fucked up movie ever

You must be blind

I don't remember there being any sex scenes...
I wish I could go back to the first time I saw it.[sp]That feeling you get when everything goes haywire near the end is amazing, a mix between complete shock and excitement.[/sp]If this doesn't win Best Picture, something's wrong.
I was about to make a joke about the director inevitably making a superhero movie next... then I discover his next film is the sequel to X-Men Origins: Wolverine...

After watching this film, that was the first comparison that came to mind for me.
I saw this with my girlfriend and she had my hands on my pants so I had to make damn sure I didn't get hard...
Just finished watching it. Rather interesting and awesome. I'm going to have to watch it again. There seems to be a lot to the movie.
I saw this with two of my lady friends. It was really awkward because one of them is a Mormon.
Although a lot of the content is sexual, I didn't find a lot of it to be sexually appealing if that makes any sense. Of course there were some scenes that were, but most weren't.
[sp]It really isn't a sex scene, if you think about the context. Nina is just a really imaginative masturbator.[/sp]

[sp]If you want to get technical, yes. But it really won't make sense to not call it a sex scene.[/sp]
Fun fact:
The guy masturbating on the subway is Darren Aronofsky's father.
He was also the "Ass to ass!" guy in Requiem for a Dream :v:
That part was pretty creepy.

Good thing is, he's ignoring Wolverine.
This movie was brilliant. Glad I decided to see it. At first I doubted a bit with this ballet thing, but I was obvious wrong.
Aronofsky is a genius.
He could make a movie about button makers interesting and dramatic.
I didn't like the movie, the horror implementations sucked and the storyline was too predictable.
Bump'd because I watched it yesterday with the gf, really good movie! I feel like watching it again, that's how good I thought it was.
Also, I laughed really hard at the ":shlick: in her dorm" scene, where she finds out her mom's sleeping next to her and she goes all "OH SHIII--" :v:
I was watching an interview and I guess the guy who plays the dance director had some people make a bulky butt that he could put on under his pants to give the impression that he was a dancer (dancers have big butts). It's pretty cool that the actor thought to do that to add an extra sense of realism.
None of my friends want to see it, what do I do?

See it alone.
See it alone.
But everyone would think I'm a pathetic loser that doesn't have any friends.

You can't live worrying about what other people might or might not say about you, fuck them. Go watch it, it's totally worth it.
