Anime is a style of drawing.
A style should only be developed AFTER you've mastered drawing realistic pictures of people.
Learn to draw actual people before you move on to choosing a style of drawing like anime or other.
(Not that I don't like anime and hentai and stuff, but seriously when will you people finally learn how to draw?)
