Tell your brother to man the fuck up.
why would you purchase a japanese firearm
Because that means I'm one step closer to a WWII MBR collection. Mosin Nagant, SMLE MKIII, getting a Springfield from my Uncle. I need the Axis firearms
Because that means I'm one step closer to a WWII MBR collection. Mosin Nagant, SMLE MKIII, getting a Springfield from my Uncle. I need the Axis firearms
Whats the price for either?
What do you guys think about flinching? I've heard some people say if you start out shooting a big caliber you'll develop a flinch. But I learned how to shoot on a M91/30 and I don't flinch, except when other people are shooting and I'm watching. My brother on the other hand, started out on a 10/22 and has a horrible flinch. I think it depends on the person rather than developing a flinch.
I started on a .30-06 when I was five and don't have a flinch, your brother is a puss
I have been thinking about this for quite some time and despite owning literature of the topic I'd like to know if Westinghouse nuggets have any differences in quality etc. comapred to Russian nuggets. Anybody?
why would you purchase a japanese firearm
If Seburo was real, I'd buy the shit out of their products.
Steel is typically stronger than brass.
Yeah but the pressure a human can apply to a bolt in a standard push-forward action shouldn't be sufficient to tear Brass.
If Seburo was real, I'd buy the shit out of their products.
seconded
If Seburo was real, I'd buy the shit out of their products.
Thirded, I'd buy a wallet with the Japanese flag on it to show respect when I emptied my wallet for them
I found another retarded albeit interesting "pistol" This particular one is chambered in 5.56
kel-tec makes plastic guns
Either that dude's got an iron man grip or the recoil out of that thing isn't too bad.
keltec makes shit guns
I'm pretty sure the KSG isn't shit.
It doesn't look that shitty to me, but then again, I don't know much about guns. Anyway, my buddy was wondering if it was legal in Canada to change the loading tube of a shotgun from 4 shots to 6 or 8? My guess is no. By the way, is it allowed to talk about knives here?
Injection molded plastic held together by screws. Why the fuck would you buy that?
The same reason someone would buy a gun that has wooden parts. Cheap and reliable.
Either that dude's got an iron man grip or the recoil out of that thing isn't too bad.
5.56 has like no recoil for a rifle round, this wouldn't be any worse than a 10mm auto [editline]18th April 2012[/editline] that and it looks heavy for a pistol
kel tec stuff is pretty ok for the price
kel tec stuff is pretty ok for the price
I would agree with you if I hadn't had some first hand experience, the guns I have seen were no bueno...
Injection molded plastic held together by screws. Why the fuck would you buy that?
Prusselies have you ever handled, any of their firearms? They're seriously not that bad. And for the price they're asking for them, you can do much much worse.
The same reason someone would buy a gun that has wooden parts. Cheap and reliable.
Uh. The fuck are you talking about? Wood doesn't rust, if laminated properly it doesn't decay, it's easily replaced if it DOES get fucked up somehow, and it's beautiful. That Kel Tec shit is ugly as fuck and a THOUSANDS times more brittle than wood I'm betting. [editline]18th April 2012[/editline]
Prusselies have you ever handled, any of their firearms? They're seriously not that bad. I don't even buy plastic guns for airsoft.
I'm sorry I have to break it to you but wood, and especially laminate, is twenty times more durable than a brittle Kel-Tec made out of 1mm plastic.
Have you ever fired, yet alone held, a kel-tec before? They're known to be inexpensive and made of plastic, but that doesn't mean they're complete pieces of shit. My friend has a kel-tec p11 that he uses for conceal carry, we've shot hundreds of rounds through it and never ran into any issues.
KelTec Sub-2k is a fun little carbine.
Uh. That Kel Tec shit is ugly as fuck and a THOUSANDS times more brittle than wood I'm betting.
That right there tells me you have absolutely no idea as to the actual characteristics of the weapons we're talking about. That's like a COD kid saying the ACR is better than an H&K 416 because it's more accurate.
I'm sorry I have to break it to you but wood, and especially laminate, is twenty times more durable than a brittle Kel-Tec made out of 1mm plastic.
it's not plastic btw, it's zytel stiffened with fiberglass. it's actually really similar to the stuff used in glock frames [editline]18th April 2012[/editline]
Uh. I'm pretty sure any known and respected company wouldn't make guns out of simple plastic.
G36 AKA "Melty Trunnion Goodness" is a very poor candidate bro.
You're thinking of the XM8. The G36 is very popular in European militaries and police agencies, and is popular enough for Mexico to start making their own.
G36 AKA "Melty Trunnion Goodness" is a very poor candidate bro.
and out of those the G36 is the only one that is known to have any problems and it has nothing to do with the plastic. the glock up there is actually known as one of the most reliable firearms
Uh. The fuck are you talking about? Wood doesn't rust, if laminated properly it doesn't decay, it's easily replaced if it DOES get fucked up somehow, and it's beautiful.
I know this is a bit of a dick thing of me to point out, but plastic doesn't rust (but it does get veeery brittle if in the cold for long periods of time) v:v:v
That Kel Tec shit is ugly as fuck and a THOUSANDS times more brittle than wood I'm betting. [sp]It isn't, because that would be stupid.[/sp]
