It's been a while since I've been in Hickville (Jessieville), Arkansas, so I decided to take a swing and visit the old folks. I'm hungry, though, so I stop at a burger joint next to around twenty bars and a stripper joint. I get out of the car and am immediately greeted by 20-gauge hulls littering the sidewalk and grass. After almost being robbed $23.50 for two double-cheeseburgers I collected what I could and gave about thirty to my grandfather so he could reload them. Compensated me $10 for all that hard work. Felt like a champ for the rest of the day
Lucky people with your Kalashnikovs :(
Lucky people with your Kalashnikovs :(
It is okay Tovarisch, mayhaps one day you to can have a Glorious Kalashnikov
Managed to take one picture before my camera died. Sorry for the subpar quality. Marlin 1895 Guide .45-70. Got it for $315 with a trade in. Shot it tonight at like 9:00 PM, the muzzle flash is INSANE. What a blast :v:
I want a lever-action one day

I thought it was a stock photo till I saw the edges of your table :v: Anyways, that's absolutely gorgeous. My brother dreams about having a lever-action, and I think they make fantastic survival guns.
Looks good Garb. Have you already taken it apart and cleaned the cosmoline out of it?
Not yet, it's on my list of things to do today! Very exciting.
Am I the only person who doesn't give two poops about mosin nagants? The only rifles that even remotely resemble a mosin nagant that I care about is the m1 garand or m14.
Am I the only person who doesn't give two poops about mosin nagants? The only rifles that even remotely resemble a mosin nagant that I care about is the m1 garand or m14.
How does and M14 or M1 even remotely resemble a Mosin?
Why should you care about nuggets? Cheap quality rifle that'll stop nearly everything and will last longer than your grandchildren.
How does and M14 or M1 even remotely resemble a Mosin?
Long, mostly wooden rifles. [editline]22nd April 2012[/editline] "remotely"

When I saw my first mosin nagant I thought it was the ugliest thing I'd ever seen. After a while looked them up a bit, researched and such. I decided I would get one. Sexiest gun I own, best $100 I'll ever spend.
Wait, what the fuck is going on with that bayonet there? Is that a swing-out/spring-loaded bayonet on a nagant? What is this sorcery?
I wish MY Mosin had a swing out bayonet. Mine doesn't fit. I need to take to to a gunsmith and get it reworked because it's such a bad fit I can't even begin to fucking work on it.
Mosins aren't very photogenic guns, but in person, they're great. Automerge broken!
Range day. Nigel (my SMLE MKIII) is so much fun, shoots like crazy, bolt is so nice. Boris, on the other hand, has something wrong with this bolt, it keeps getting stuck, dunno if its a lube problem or not.
Had a look at some captured weapons brought back to Norway this weekend. While everyone else were posing for pictures or some stuff like that, I started taking pics of the guns alone. First of all, I figured out the sights of the Bren LMG. After playing Call of Duty 1 I've always wondered what the fuck was going on. I thought it went through the magazine or something when I was younger. Brotip: It's a bad idea to shove your finger down the reciever of a garand. So did you hear about the attempt to make the AG3 more light-weight? It made it 1kg heavier. But I wanna try this version, so bad. Curse red dot sights and their idiot-proof designs... US BAR gunners were quite gangsta back in the days. :v: It's kind of weird seeing these two together, knowing both are still used against western soldiers. This G43 looked completely new, I really wish I had one. Even more than the P08 in my hand there. But my favorite was weirdly enough the Mp5. It's like a baby AG3. To top it off, my brother posing with a CV90. :v: [editline]22nd April 2012[/editline] By the way, one Company or Platoon had all their tanks and vehicles named with star wars names.
>Stg. 44 >RPG-7 >Still used by western soldiers today what are you smoking man?
>Stg. 44 >RPG-7 >Still used by western soldiers today what are you smoking man?
Says still used against.... don't know if you saw it or misread. Fucking Ninja...
Where the hell are StG 44's being used against Western Soldiers?
Where the hell are StG 44's being used against Western Soldiers?
They've been found in use by insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Where the hell are StG 44's being used against Western Soldiers?
Insurgents tend to have a wide variety of guns, a peace keeper vet from ISAF I once met told me how he cringed when they had to put a 1928 Thompson to the smelting pile along with some other rare firearms.
Well, I'm disappointed to say the least. I had wanted to go out shooting one last time before I go to boot camp, and a friend promised me he was gonna try and get me out with him and his dad. Counting on this, I made no other plans for today. By yesterday, he hadn't said anything. And today, I've texted him and messaged him on facebook, getting a response from neither. It's 4pm and too late to make any other plans, so my Nagant is just gonna sit there till god knows when with at least 40 rounds of ammo gathering dust.
they weren't kidding when they said the nugget's bolt was unforgiving
neat.jpg
How did you get invited to see shit like this?
Looking to get an actual conversion for my saiga soon...
