I remember masada and magpul being big buzz words at Airsoft games a few years back I actually didn't know it was a genuine gun.
So, yesterday I rented a revolver, an old-timey S&W .38spc.
Fucking loved it. I now desire a wheelgun.
On a funny note, a retarded bird decided the target stand was a nice spot to hang out. Words can't describe how badly I wanted to shoot it.
I am digging the fact you can swap out barrels.

About the masada, that is.

The Aug has that feature too, that being said we only bought the standard model plus the short barrelled version for crew and artillery personnel. Guess it saves money rather than buying a sub machine gun.
The AUG is now rather dated

I mean you could literally rechamber the gun for different calibers by just changing some parts.

It is, considering it had been in production since 78. That being said it's a fine rifle. And it is possible to chamber it in 9mm with the adaptor.

I might sound dumb but, why would you do that?
I might sound dumb but, why would you do that?
Well it effectively turns it into a compact sub-machine gun, so I'm guessing it would be handy for police forces and such. That being said they could just put the smaller barrel and continue to use 5.56, but 9mm is pretty popular.
I don't think anyone uses the 9mm version of the AUG.
If a machinegun is a weapon that fires mltiple shots with one pull of the trigger what is a double barreled shotgun considered that shoots both barrels with one trigger pull?

You could have shot it and then acted surprised/horrified when you hit it. And if anyone asks just say your shot went wide and hit the "poor little thing" :v:

So is the Mosin Nagant or the M1 Garand or a lot of other really good firearms. Doesn't make it any less of a good gun just because it's 'old'

You should go to a gun show and ask an ATF agent that with as straight of a face as you can muster.

Well thats why I was wondering is knowing how bass akwards some of the laws are lol
Definition of machinegun should be:
"Weapon that fires a round, chambers a new round then fires that round with a single pull of the trigger".
You could have shot it and then acted surprised/horrified when you hit it. And if anyone asks just say your shot went wide and hit the "poor little thing" :v:
I was reloading. Plus I instinctively asked the dude next to me "so uh, 100 points to who hits it?"
We just laughed and once I got my gun loaded the bird disappeared.
I think I'll rent again that S&W Model 19 though, I really liked it.
Plus they sell for 'bout 200 bucks here, will definitely consider getting one once I get my license.

Uh, most double-barrel shotguns are designed just to avoid that.
Double barrel shotguns, whether they be over under or side by side, have two triggers. One for each barrel.
As for the ACR having quick change caliber conversions. It's been what, a year and a half since Bushmaster started selling the gun. They've yet to release a single conversion kit for it.
uhm no?
single trigger models are available as well you know
(they're also more popular)
But still, they fire one cartridge per trigger pull, right?
But still, they fire one cartridge per trigger pull, right?
It depends, my Father has a side-by-side that has one trigger but has a switch that selects either one barrel or both to be fire with one trigger pull.
But still, they fire one cartridge per trigger pull, right?
Single trigger= Staged Trigger E.G pull once and bang, trigger sets again for next pull then bang. Pull too hard then double bang.
Double Triggers= Pull front one and boom, pull back one and boom...
Hope that solves the problem.
Been looking at M1A's to buy, is this a decent deal, or can I find better?

That reminds of an outdoor-fair I was at a while ago, I met this German guy who had from the ground up his own bow-shooting simulator. Complete with scenery and adjustable draw weights for the bow.
Now in the scenery there was a bear and and deer, those were shootable.
The bear gave 50 points I think, and the deer gave 75. Then there was a standard bulls-eye target, that was hardest one to hit.
The easiest target? A butterfly on the ground, that was worth 1000 points :v:

I think it's kinda pricey to not even be a NM, but its hard to say with the value of the dollar the way it is.

Still new to this, whats an NM?
Anyway, right now I'm just trying to get a baseline price for how much it will be if I order it online. Once I get that done I'll call around to the gun/pawn shops and see if they can do one better. Thanks for the help.
National Match.
Well this sparked my interest...

I found a place selling the P99, the only problem is it's $1000... While I can technically afford it, I probably actually can't...
FPSrussia gives me a migraine with his painfully fake Russian accent.

Fake accent or not he's a good shot and he knows his shit. Everybody knows his acccent is fake and that is what he's known by. Don't be so fucking critical.
Geez I didn't say I hate the guy, I was just saying I'd like some non-accent videos to be uploaded. Preferably more informative ones.
