As for Bean: More Punch is what I am looking for, thanks.
then i guess he wasnt talking to you and there was no need to comment about how expensive(its not) it is
Anyone know a good rail mount and scope to use on a M1A?
Don't buy the Springfield one. I did, and there is a huge unnecessary gap that limits your mounting options. Sadlak is the best, but it's a pricey rail. [editline]8th June 2012[/editline]
This is why I don't fucking like AR-15 rifles. The design is fine (Except I really hate the way the hand guard looks) but $700 is a good deal for them. That's fucking ridiculous. If I'm going to spend $700 on a gun it's going to be a scoped PSL rifle. Why would I spend $700 on an AR-15 when I can spend $500 on an AK-47 and have a gun that fires rounds with more punch?
Let me know when you get a scoped PSL for $700, because I will eat something people don't normally eat when that happens.
It's a fucking rating. Get over it. Your comment was stupid. You get what you pay for. Comparing an AR to an AK is stupid as shit. Different mechanism, different caliber, different everything. Compare something more relevant.
1) My comment is my opinion on the price of the rifle. How is it 'stupid' that I think it's too expensive for what it is? 2) Comparing an AR to an AK is not stupid. They are both assault weapons. They both fire assault type rifle cartridges. They both have gas blow back type repeating mechanisms. [editline]8th June 2012[/editline]
Let me know when you get a scoped PSL for $700, because I will eat something people don't normally eat when that happens.
I've seen them for between $650 and $750. Always sold out though.
Who cares about crappy derringers when you can get this and load the minnows (I'd use caviar instead) and semen shells at the same time. http://www.gunblast.com/Bond-Derringer.htm
Thats what I saw, other manufacturers like promag make them for cheaper, but I usually see reviews that complain about problems mounting or misaligned holes and such. I'd like to get a rail, but I don't want to drop 200$ on it, then another 200$ on a decent scope. I guess I'll have to start saving up for those instead of buying another rifle.
I've seen them for between $650 and $750. Always sold out though.
Probably a Century mish mash gun.

http://www.gunblast.com/Bond-Derringer.htm
$450 seems like a lot of money for a little two-shot derringer. Especially considering my local dealer has Taurus Judge defenders for like $440 [editline]8th June 2012[/editline]
Probably a Century mish mash gun.
No they were imports from Cugir.
If I want a .410 derringer I'm building it myself. They're all overpriced.
When I turn 21 that lovely $445 Taurus Judge Defender is going to be my gift to myself. I'm excited. I'm going to load it with .410 slugs and alternate between self loaded rock salt and buck shot.
$450 seems like a lot of money for a little two-shot derringer.
No they were imports from Cugir.
I schee

How does it suck, and if it does suck then please tell me what other revolvers out there can fire .45LC and .410s
I'm thinking straightened paperclips taped in a bunch might be a fun load. I'll have to try that out this weekend.
How does it suck, and if it does suck then please tell me what other revolvers out there can fire .45LC and .410s
http://jgcphotos.wordpress.com/2011/11/04/dont-buy-taurus-firearms/ Small writeup on the subject.
Then please direct me to a BETTER revolver that fires .45LC/.410 shells. Because I REALLY want one.
How does it suck, and if it does suck then please tell me what other revolvers out there can fire .45LC and .410s
S&W Governor
S&W Governor
Oh my god it's beautifu- $680? Fuck that.
Oh my god it's beautifu- $680? Fuck that.
http://www.jgsales.com/smith-wesson-governor-410ga,-45acp,-45lc-revolver,-new.-s-w-p-5934.html $609 You're going to be paying for something that's not a ticking time fudd. Albeit the S&W is lighter but kicks more with the hotter .410 stuff.
http://www.northeastshooters.com/vbulletin/threads/120218-S-amp-W-Governor-Shame-on-you-S-amp-W The Stupid. It burns.
Though to be really honest I wouldn't bother with a 410 handgun unless you've got snake/rat problems out the ass. Because that's all its really good for. Not much else. 45 LC is a good defensive rough though with the right HP.
Oh wow fuck the S&W Governor. Looked up other handguns that fire .45LC / 410 Gauge Magnum Research BFR chambered in .45/410 I want it so much. [editline]8th June 2012[/editline]
Though to be really honest I wouldn't bother with a 410 handgun unless you've got snake/rat problems out the ass. Enough to kill an intruder and not as messy as, say, my 12 gauge 00 Buck.

I keep it so if I decide to sell the gun, it MIGHT help the value. But I might just toss it. I have a little strip of rail that replaces the stripper clip guide that I might put on and slap an MRD on or something....

Good read.
Taurus really isn't that bad you bandwagon faggots. Especially their sub compact pistols, they are worth the $ you pay for. Solid guns, nothing extraordinary but you get what you'd expect for that price range and often its a good deal
I have that top CCNA book. Good read.
Spent a few hundred dollars on the pair for a degree I never finished.
Eh I'm probably never going to get a .45LC/410. It's just a dream gun. Something that is impractical or too expensive for me that I really want. Like an H&K 91. I REALLY want one of those, they're so fucking sexy, but I'm not prepared to drop $1200 on ANYTHING.
drink some more haterade all i did was post this picture because i figured you guys would appreciate the gun. he didnt have the pen in there when i looked at it so im not just going to do that. anyways its a nice gun and i love to shoot it.
If you're new to the thread, you wouldn't understand. :v:
Eh I'm probably never going to get a .45LC/410.
Honestly if you're serious about guns, you owe it to yourself to pick up at least one expensive gun. You can pick em off the surplus / used racks all your life if you want, nothing wrong with that, but do yourself a favor and drop some serious cash on a serious gun, at least once. Feels good man.
So far the most expensive gun I own is a Smith and Wesson M&P 15-22. I spent $440 on that. Once I finally get my AK-47 that will be my most expensive. I don't think I could EVER bring myself to spend more than $500 on a gun unless I was buying a thumbhole PSL rifle.

Anyone heard anything about Kel-Tec's RFB? Bullpup rifle that feeds from FAL mags. Was perhaps considering one, depending on reviews.
