I'll probably get one of those if I can't scrounge up any more money.
My video has all ratings from gold members, I must be a good source. No Mr X you really cant fuck up a shotgun (even a shitty one).
I was tempted to buy this today...$1400.
Is that a shoulder thing that folds up?
Naw, it was something back in the day criminals used to kill our police officers.
Great. So today I wasn't able to go to the gunshow because I had to track down my brother who decided to get lost on a train and rescue him from the horrors of public transportation and by the time we got back the show was over. There's a gunshow next weekend, luckily. But my dad wants us to come home to visit him this weekend.
GODDAMNIT.

I don't even know when the next one is... and it will probably be on the other side of the god damn state.
The AR was a Bushmaster, post-ban model, so no bayonet lug or even threading for a flash hider. Was a cool gun, but I wouldn't buy it. Besides, I was waiting for my background check to come back for my new shotgun :D
new shotgun :D
Do tell.
Do tell.
Remington 1100 Tactical I'll get some pics of mine tomorrow.
My store has an 1100 competition gun, only takes 2-3/4" shells and has some weird-ass adjustable shit. Also, you Americans have gunshows all the damn time, I think we may have like one or two really REALLY small ones every month, like maybe 3 medium-sized ones a year, no dealers or manufacturers ever attend these, and then we have the Toronto Sportsmans' Show every year in March, which is all outdoor shit, but it's the only place gun dealers show up to, making it somewhat of a "gun show."
I only have a small gun show in my area. No brand name vendors, just people selling their guns. I still question the quality and prices though.
Closest we in Norway have to a gunshow is a military trade fair once per year, and that's just stuff like uniforms and deactivated guns.
Welp... I got quiet an interesting issue on hand. The moving company which is going to help get us to North Dakota is pretty much beating around the bush with saying that they won't transport firearms across state lines[even though I stated multiple times I would be obliged to disassemble and box them personally, and that I was probably going to donate all my ammo to a local firing range.] Now normally I wouldn't have an issue transporting firearms across statelines in steelbox, but that's where the story gets even funnier... Everyone in my family will be flown up too North Dakota. Meaning we've got no interference in moving/transport and such. My question is quiet simple, whats the most logical/legal method of transporting my guns[Two BB Guns, my Makarov, and FUBAR'd AK-74] to North Dakota if the moving company gives me anymore hassle.
Try to ship them in ATF or something approved cases to your new residence. [editline]13th February 2012[/editline] See if you can get them on the plane legally, what does the airline want you to do?
I'm gonna call a few of the local FFL Stores up there to see if I can send them up there for my dad to pickup.
Just put them in boxes and tape them up. The moving company isn't going to open the boxes and they won't know whats inside. Just label them dildos or something
Grab a backpack, fill it with food, ammo and the two BB guns. Then buy some sturdy boots. Put the Makarov in a holster and sling the AK on your back. Embark on your glorious journey. [editline]13th February 2012[/editline] Otherwise pack them into an unsuspicious box, yeah.
I was thinking about getting sneaky and packing my Makarov into my Coolermaster 932 with ducktape... But you guys have the better ideas...
Buy a few of those $10 plastic gun cases at Gander Mountain, get some TSA approved locks, and check them as luggage when you fly. Be sure to notify the ticket agent at the desk that you have firearms to check, and they'll point you to the TSA people, who will inspect and inventory the weapons. Do the same at your destination airport. [editline]13th February 2012[/editline] Leaving for work, but first, a photo of my new shotgun!
Anybody have experience with the H&R Pardner Protector? It's right in my price range.
I have a huge mistrust of firearms that get farted out of China. Heard far to many stories of the guns exploding, breaking after a few shots (but not with those Pardners or Stevens'). I would seriously seek and scour the internet for reviews on those before I put down any cabbage. Edit: Seems the Pardners might actually not be a complete fud from what I'm reading.

At a gun show a dude had a pile of 12g Chinese guns for like 100-150 bucks. It was a tactical shotgun, not a bad price. But no one touched them or even showed the slightest interest.
I'm looking into an affordable break-top revolver. Any suggestions?
I'm looking into an affordable break-top revolver. Any suggestions?
Good luck. I've been looking for ages.
I'm looking into an affordable break-top revolver. Any suggestions?
Does not compute....
I'm looking into an affordable break-top revolver. Any suggestions?
I remember there seeing a few used Webley revolvers, they weren't that expensive $455 tops something like that. But ammo and stuff for those weapons is unbelievably hard to find (and expensive). And then there's those other Classic olde designs which are just asdgdsff expensive. There's those French tacticool ones which I cannot remember the name for, but I doubt we're ever going to see them Stateside. [editline]13th February 2012[/editline] If you've got $1000+ to blow you could go for an Uberti http://www.uberti.com/firearms/top-break.php
I'm looking into an affordable break-top revolver. Any suggestions?
Build your own... It will be cheaper and take less time than finding one.
God, some of the MPs in this country know NOTHING about firearms at all, it angers me to hear them debate about ending the long gun registry when they don't even know the causes of gun crime in Canada, or what the gun registry even DOES.
Build your own... It will be cheaper and take less time than finding one.
Am I missing something here? I see 38 S&W break-tops on Gunbroker going for anywhere from 100$ to 750$. What's the catch?
