Got to shoot an old single action 44 mag revolver 2day, was suprised how much fun it was. Another item on the wishlist now.
Then you ask why someone has a drum-mag on a pump action rifle... because why not. [editline]13th July 2012[/editline] I want an M10AIA, takes 30 round AK mags:
The only reason people buy AIA guns here, when/if they're ever here, is because the mags in the .308 version fit in an M-14, so we can get legal 10-round mags for M-14s. Hell, some people have sold their AIA guns and KEPT THE MAGS just because they want 10 shots in their Norinco M305. People here will legit drop $800 on a crappy Enfield reproduction just to get a 10 shot mag for an M-14, I'm just wondering why nobody's made a pump/lever action with mags that "don't officially" fit an AR-15, but blatantly fit an AR-15. They could sell 30 round mags unpinned for Goddamn $200 and people would buy them, hell, they could sell 100 round drum mags for $2000 and people would by them too, just to piss the fuck outta the RCMP and all the fudds at their local range.
AR-15 question, I've never owned or fired one, but I've been told by a few relatives that an AR-15 is a great rifle and a must have. I'd like to get one in 7.62x39 or 7.62x51, is that possible? If so is it even worth it consider I already have 2 other weapons chambered in that round? Would it be in under the 1,000$ range?
Quality AR's are never under $1000 oh and my rpk is totally tight butthole

wellll if I were to go over a grand would it still be worth gettin one in 7.62?
wellll if I were to go over a grand would it still be worth gettin one in 7.62?
In 7.62x51, oh hell yes. Very much. LMT Master Race. Rock River Arms makes a few AR's that take FAL mags, they're seem to be pretty darn good. but as i said, LMT master race 7.62x39 AR's go. Rock River makes an AR that uses AK mags that seems to be pretty damn good. I wouldn't waste time with the others that require you to buy specially made mags to fit into the specially made lowers etc etc.

[editline]14th July 2012[/editline] A local shop has a Knights SR-25 in .308 for sale. $5,000 and change for the gun and a scope on it.
I was under the impression that AR15s in 7.62x39mm were shit and have horrible feeding problems. I can imagine why considering the mag well isn't design for the round. Until someone make an AR15 that takes AK mags I can't see it being very good myself [editline]15th July 2012[/editline]
An AR-15 in .308 is an AR-10, and quite pricey. Not legal here and I couldn't afford one
An AR-15 in .308 is an AR-10...
not necessarily.

jesus christ how horrifying
That fucking trigger guard [editline]15th July 2012[/editline] That fucking magazine! [editline]15th July 2012[/editline] That fucking....EVERYTHING! Also, has anyone here ever ordered anything from Wayfair? The reviews from the Better Business Bureau are kind of putting me off, but their replica PU scope is such a good price for what it is.
oh and my rpk is totally tight butthole
thanks for the gun boner [editline]14th July 2012[/editline]

wait never mind

Though if you're gonna get a rifle in 7.62x51 why not make it an M1A or a FAL?

i should go there i pass the big "phoenix" all the time also those people are.... special
If you're having trouble with a sticky bolt then you are WEAK LITTLE BABY
If it hasn't been cleaned in years, they can become extremely stiff, mine was damn near impossible to cycle the 1st few times I shot it, took apart the bolt, cleaned it up, and then it ran through fine.
If you're having trouble with a sticky bolt then you are WEAK LITTLE BABY
The guns metal was hot to the touch, and it was fucking sticking after about 40 rounds
Went to the range today and fired 116 rounds through my Makarov, fun stuff. Also shot my dad's Henry Survivalist rifle.
Quality AR's are never under $1000 oh and my rpk is totally tight butthole
I disagree. My Palmetto State is pretty quality if you ask me, and I got it for $700.
I disagree. My Palmetto State is pretty quality if you ask me, and I got it for $700.
I agree. My buddy got a S&W M&P for $640 and it seems to be of some pretty decent quality. I've seen Del Ton's for under 1k. Buy the upper and lower separately and you can get real quality for much less than 1k.
I don't understand Mosin sticky-bolt. Mine has a bolt that's as smooth as silk on a baby's bottom lathered in butter. It takes almost no effort. Maybe I just got a good gun.
Mine doesn't want to push the bullet all the way into the chamber every couple of bullets, other than that it's smooth.
