Old broken down cars are cheap too. You get what you pay for.
Exactly.
Exactly.
I've found and digged out the some soviet and german ammo from WW2. And decided to test it. Those were 7,62x54 mosin cartridges which were full in rust. 70 years passed. They are still working in mosin rifle, from first try. While german ww2 digged 7.92 does not work at all. Feel the quality?

There's a difference.
You're very lucky nothing happened...
I am 100% sure in soviet quality, it never betrayed me, and never will.
I am 100% sure in soviet quality, it never betrayed me, and never will.
Yeah but the whole physics thing still exists. That takes precedence over your Soviet pride.
Yeah but the whole physics thing still exists. That takes precedence over your Soviet pride.
Of course i am not retard and i have cleaned them from rust before putting them into mosin nagant 1891 rifle.
Hell, Glock was a manufacturer and designer for door hinges before he made his pistol designs.
And Aperture was a manufacturer of shower curtains before they invented portals.

Mosin Nagant M1891 and 7.62x54mmR aren't even Soviet. They're Tsarist.
the nugget it actually belgian-tsarist :)
actually all nagant did was sue, he didn't design any of the rifle. They originally picked Nagant's rifle but then decided that disassembly was too hard so they went with Mosin's. [editline]30th July 2012[/editline] literally the only thing Nagant thought up in the mosin was the mag spring attached to the baseplate, and that idea was just taken from his rifle rather than actual input from Nagant himself. Original prototype Mosins had a lose mag spring [editline]30th July 2012[/editline] Russians don't call it a Mosin-Nagant either, they call it "Винтовка Мосина" or Mosin's Rifle
You guys discussed handguns without killing each other? I'm proud of you guys! :v:

I love 300BLK, it's a pretty damn great round
I love how much power that little bullet has. It hits like a dump truck.
Doesn't it have about the same punch as 7,62x39?
It's a gimmick. Basically 7,62x39 with sub loads as factory standard.
The whole "fits easily into an AR and works nicely suppressed" thing sounds neat though.
Ok, so I picked up this russian PSO scope for practically free. It's got your standard "T" sight, and looks to be 4x zoom. Fits on the side of a AK receiver as long as it has the rails for it. all the markings are in russian but have english lettering underneath, except for a few markings. The thing takes some batteries, and has a switch, s, but I got no clue what that switch turns on, I'm having trouble identifying it and seeing what type of batteries it takes, if I post some pictures of it, can one of yous identify it for me?
Doesn't it have about the same punch as 7,62x39?
it's actually considerably weaker than standard 7.62x39 loads.
