We were thinking of getting an Aimpoint for our Handi-rifle.
I'm not denying they're useful since it's not like magnification goes to 0x when it's on a pistol, it just looks silly.

Scoped revolvers aren't too bad. I have one on my Super Redhawk, very fun gun to hunt with!
We still doing the family thing? I don't have pictures of all of them but:
Bushmaster XM-15
Winchester Model 94
Marlin 1895 Guide (.45-70)
SKS
Ruger 10/22
Mossberg 590A1
T/C Venture (.300 WM)
Glock 23
Browning Hi-Power
Ruger Blackhawk (.45 ACP/LC)
SIG P220 (soon - it's on hold at the shop, gotta go pick it up!)

Probably my favorite three in terms of fun factor.
Marlin Guide Gun.... me jelly... me totally fucking jelly.
I just noticed that my MKIII Enfield is a Khyber Pass copy.
The metal for the front sights looks totally different from the rest of the gun, and has signs of jury-rigging. The "receiver" (I don't know if you'd call it that) says 1943, while the stock says 1942.
It's actually more likely that it's an arsenal mis-match/restoration from Bubba back to mil-spec rebuild than a Khyber Pass copy, there were millions of Enfields made, it's both possible and likely someone somewhere re-built a busted one with working, good parts. Happens a lot with old army guns.
No shit. It was built in a hut, using metal from cannibalized cars and wood from stolen doors, by pakistanis with heavy speech impediments that live in mud homes in the desert.

i'd kill for a khyber pass gun
When I bring the cocked bolt back on our Number 4 Lee Enfield, the firing pin is flush with the bolt, but on my bastard lee enfield, when I bring the cocked bolt back, the firing pin is already sticking out a little bit. I know that the Number 4 is operable and shoots fine, but I'm having my doubts about the bastard. Thoughts/insight?
update: I now realize that when the bolt is 1/2 cm away from touching the chambered round's primer, it recedes inside the bolt, ready to fire. It dun figured itself out.
Is that cat a Calico or a Tortoise shell? I hear they have great collect-ability.
I don't have pictures on my laptop, but my family:
WASR10-AK-47
Norinco "sporterized" RPK
Mosin Nagant
Springfield M1A
Ravenarms MP-25.
I need some recommendations for CC handguns. Anyone have any favorites?

Obvious choices are Glocks and M1911s. Hi-powers are nice, a tasty mix of the two, though somewhat rare. Revolvers are, eh, depends on what situation you're in, a revolver doesn't have a slide that could get caught on clothes.
Unless you have a bulky build, a 1911 won't be very concealed.
factory 10/22
short nug
So I watched total recall and saw a Chippa Rhino being used and it was really sexy
I remember reading a thread on some firearms forum about how shit Rhinos are, can anyone confirm/deny from experience?

I wouldn't know from experience, but from design its reliability should be in line with normal revolvers. Unlike the mateba, which used an unnecessary recoil system to cycle the cylinders, the rhinos use a similar system to standard double action revolvers (save the fact that the barrel is on the 6 o'clock and in line with the grip).
They look ridiculous.
It unlikely to by a Khyber Pass copy. More likely is that some company is making Lee Enfields from mismatched parts.
To be a Khyber Pass copy it would have very poor tooling marks on it, and may of the letters/characters would be replace with Cryllic characters that look similar

one time I pulled out my revolver to put it away and when I brought it up out of the small of my back it pinched my back hair and it was terrible
its so easy to duplicate things in this, its not even funny. My friends figured out a way to link backpacks so when one person picked something up it showed up in both backpacks

Beyond jelly
Alright, I've narrowed my options to 3 guns.
Agree for Norinco SKS
Disagree for No.4 Mk1 Enfield
Funny for Winchester Model 1897 (I think it's the standard with the 30" barrel in 12ga)
