Undoubtably, but the chinks still seem to produce decent firearms. ...except Ven Kaeo's shotgun.
why the fuck would he buy a side by side from china anyways?
The Norinco AR-15s, M-14s, and 1911s that make their way into Canuckistan generally tend to be reliable and accurate guns with a poor finish. Everything I've heard about them in terms of function has been positive, and the Norc AR I got to shoot worked perfectly, people just say the finish comes in spotty and a bit worn. [editline]24th August 2012[/editline] They're also cheap as fuck, the Norc 1911s start at $350, the M-14s at $399, and the ARs at $650, cheapest option in all 3 categories, especially in the M-14 category, it's about a grand less than the Springfield M1A.

Although O/U are superior in multiple ways, I still want a coachgun one day... And holy shit all your Norinco stuff costs $200-300 less than ours, what is this sorcery.

Because people own guns like that because it's fun to have them?
No fun allowed

I've never even seen a Norinco AR. All I know is that I've handled a few Norinco SKS' and AKs and the quality difference side-by-side with their Russian and Yugo counterparts was unquestionable. I wouldn't buy one.
I'd buy a chink nugget any day, they knew what they were doing with those

I love how they highlight all the different kinds of speed loaders. My favorite is the flat one that you load all 30 at once.
More like:
Don't get me wrong, I'm impressed to say the least, but at the same time it very much feels like a "luck of the draw" situation with a lot of Norinco guns. They don't seem to be able to sustain a certain level of quality, good or bad. I've fired shit Nork guns that jam every five seconds, and I've fired Nork guns that clear through a can of surplus without even wincing. 9 out of 10 aint bad...
You lucky Italians get to have hi-cap mags, meanwhile down here the best we can get for our Norcs is 10 on a technicality, it's supposed to be only 5... Hence that kind of stress testing is illegal here...
9 out of 10 aint bad...
no what you did was just make a cartridge midget
And I broke one of my dies :(
i guess your die died
What would you guys suggest as a first gun when I turn 18? I have experience in firing guns and would like something fun to shoot.
probably cliche as fuck but a mosin ammo is cheap, they're as reliable as any other bolt action, fun to shoot, accurate [editline]24th August 2012[/editline] i also really like bolt actions with internal magazines. something about that concept really scratches my gun itches
What would you guys suggest as a first gun when I turn 18? Something like a 10/22 wouldn't be bad either though, if you don't like recoil.
no what you did was just make a cartridge midget
Nah, that looks like good zipgun ammunition :v:
Like protocol said, mosin nagant, cheap gun, cheap ammo, easy to disassemble and clean. Something like a 10/22 wouldn't be bad either though, if you don't like recoil.
Okay, seems good. Also what are the laws are on pistols that were made over a 100 years ago?
Nah, that looks like good zipgun ammunition :v:
maybe a disposable zipgun i'm pretty sure the brass would reshape itself or at least deform severely and it would be not pretty
Okay, seems good. Also what are the laws are on pistols that were made over a 100 years ago?
You gotta be 21 to buy a modern handgun, I don't know if that applies to C&R handguns or handguns made before the 1890's.
You gotta be 21 to buy a modern handgun, I don't know if that applies to C&R handguns or handguns made before the 1890's.
Just would like a Nagrant 1895.
It's still a handgun, and you'd still need a background check if buying from a dealer. So still 21. You can buy private party at 18, if you can find one...
Just would like a Nagrant 1895.
If you can get your mom or dad to pick it up for you, it's not illegal to own one. You just can't but/pick one up, just don't carry it around in your car.
9 out of 10 aint bad...
what would happen if you tried to fire that midget round? And what caliber is that? .308?
9 out of 10 aint bad...
that'll probably still chamber and fire just fine, just put on top in the mag
