i wouldnt trust tul .45 but sweet deal!
i wouldnt trust tul .45 but sweet deal!
Hence why I got the Golden Sabers to use as my carry ammo. The Tula will be used strictly for practice and plinking.
Tula, heh. Means "penis" in my country.
it also means "jam my sks every other round"
They don't manufacture ammo, unfortunately. Just sell it. Also, unrelated;
Well anyways, what kind of reloading rig do you run? I've been thinking about getting into it
Well anyways, what kind of reloading rig do you run? I've been thinking about getting into it
I have a Lee Classic Turret
Holy shit, the OP delivered!
Here is a picture from about 6 pm spent 2 hours getting the trigger assembly loosened up, and the piston to freely move in the gas tube. I ran a bore brush down the barrel to clean the dirt out. Dunked all the parts in oil, and cycled the action a bunch of times. Since I it didn't have a mag or stock I had to use some I had lying around. Ready to shoot in this picture.

and yes it shot, shot like a fucking champ not a single jam or failure of any sort sent the brass flying about 15 feet away picture of the result I don't have video, but if /k/ does not believe me I will gladly use a friends cam and get some this weekend.
This guy is a fucking winner.
Sergei Simonov looks down from heaven and weeps for joy, comrades! :v: Seriously though, that's fucking ridiculous, I think I need to go buy a metal detector or something. [editline]13th September 2012[/editline] I wonder if he plans on re-bluing it or something to get that rusty-look off.
I'm finally going to take hunters safety class in two weeks, better late then never I suppose. I'm thinking of using my SKS-45 for droppin' durr. Will be fun pissing off the fudds who think a deer rifle must have a scope and be chambered in THURDEE 'AUGHT.
I hunt with my M1 Carbine. Fun for trolling the shit outta people who think .30 carb is way underpowered :v:

What I wouldn't give just to have an FNC, let alone hunt with it...
fnc is mai waifu

Cleaned up my Enfield a bit and got a new(old stock) forestock for it to replace the cracked and ill-fitting one previously on it.

That guy should get "The Bulldog" or "Invinsible" engraved in Russian on that gun somewhere. Because he just proved that it's damn hard to kill an SKS. Or any Russian gun for that matter :v:
Will be fun pissing off the fudds who think a deer rifle must have a scope and be chambered in THURDEE 'AUGHT.
Oh my god yes, I fucking hate that. Course then I get out there with my century old Gewehr 98, and even though the minimum sight elevation is 300 meters I still shoot groups the size of my fist with some of that Arkansas elevation and Kentucky windage. My bolts from McMaster got here today so I can finally finish my AR's grip.
No1Mk3? Where was it made?
It's an Aussie. Made at Lithgow in 1917 as a Sht.LE No.1 MkIII, then received a complete factory overhaul in 1954 where it was re-barreled and upgraded to No.1 MkIII* specifications. [editline]13th September 2012[/editline]
How does it look if you take off the fore[del]skin[/del]stock?
very silly
Alright gentlemen, question time. Which should I use on my Dragunov: or
Obviously the wood. putting plastic on it would be a crime
Unless it's an SVDS or real Russian polymer furniture
Unless it's an SVDS or real Russian polymer furniture
It's a PSL. [editline]14th September 2012[/editline]
Obviously the wood. putting plastic on it would be a crime
I'm inclined to agree, wood furniture seems to fit more with it.
PSL is not a Dragunov.
its close enough.
would you call a T91 an AR15?
PSL is not a Dragunov.
I'm with NuclearAnnihilation, the differences are minute.
I'm with NuclearAnnihilation, the differences are minute.
there isn't a single interchangeable part you goof, the only thing is that they have vaguely similar looks are you convinced yet?
