The entire point of an active army is that the soldiers are ready to fight at any given moment, they have 2.25 million who are fully trained and armed
and the 300 million is the number of women only who are fit for military service

Fit for military service means they are not soldiers, but can be made into soldiers.
And then we go back to "Yes they can be soldiers and there is 300 million of them" "No they can't you can't have a 300 million man army" "Yes you can see there is 300 million of them that can be army" over and over again.
I'm sure once Americans kill a few of the chinese, those soldiers will be replaced with more screaming asians.

well guerilla tactics is using mobile small group tactics against less mobile armies
Finnish jaeger groups would attack Russian divisions and take them out. There were soldiers behind enemy lines (sissit) who used guerilla tactics. Thats all I can think of. Oh and the field kitchen thing was unorthodox more than odd, it worked, and it kept the soviet soldiers scared. The motti tactic was not technically guerilla or conventional, but it used elements from guerilla warfare.
